Hoteles de 3 estrellas en Darwin

Our family of four stayed for 5 nights in June. The apartment is clean and spacious. Kitchen is self catering and fully equipped. Supermarket is 10mins walk away. Strong Wifi connection. Cullen Bay and Mindil Beach is a 5 mins drive away.

A nice place to be in Parap within walking distance of the weekend Parap Market, Darwin Bowls Club, Darwin Ski Club and the Museum and Art Gallery of the NT.

Great place to stay. The staff were superb and went out of their way to assist. Many thanks x

Muy bueno Uno de los mejores hoteles para alojarse en Australia durante medio mes. Los taxis del aeropuerto cuestan entre 26 y 28 dólares australianos. Un taxi para dos personas es mejor que un autobús del aeropuerto por 15 AUD por persona. Hay varias calles peatonales de grandes supermercados cerca, no muy lejos de la distancia a pie. Bajamos del avión a la 1 de la madrugada y llegamos al hotel. El personal de servicio nos estaba esperando en la puerta. La máxima puntuación.

Poor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls. The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am). It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

La puerta del baño está roto. Las instrucciones no están claras. Ex: lavandería, recepción... etc.

Upon first check in, the receptionist confirmed that we paid through Trip.com but after taking the bond payment he then straight away told us he hasn’t received any payment and asked us to show our proof of payments such as trip.com confirmation, bank transfer, & even statement of bank deduction. We showed confirmation, bank transfer, statements as he asked and then the receptionist refused and insisted we haven’t paid. He refused all the proofs and insisted us to make another payment with them. He refused us to talk to the supervisor because he said “they will say the same thing”. Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, so we couldn’t specify who he was. Terrible services.
