The hotel is very clean, and the staff are polite, friendly, and helpful. I was able to call from the airport to request the free shuttle to the hotel. The breakfast is simple with limited choices, but it includes sausage and scrambled eggs.

The service here is really good awsome staff great hospitality and the security is quite comendable.The courtesy shuttle was a suprise nothing less than pleasant.

アクセスは良いと思いました。デポジットはありませんでした。しかし、トイレの便器の座るところに茶色の点の汚れが気になりました。磨きましたが取れませんでした。また、風呂場も取れない汚れがあり、最初は驚きました。しかし、慣れました。お湯がすぐに出て量もたくさんあり、短時間でお湯がいっぱいになるのはとても快適だと思いました！全体的には良かったと思いました！

공항이용 때문에 이용하기 편리한 곳입니다 공항셔틀이 있어 편리함 크루즈에서 하선 후 피곤했는데 얼리체크인 해줬음 손님입장을 이해함.

Staff was friendly. Shuttle service is great to n from the airport n cruise ports. Floors in the room we stayed in were filthy. bathroom n entry floor appeared to not been washed for a very long time. I got out of the shower n walked across the floor. My feet were black. Currently have construction going on so lots of workers around

Lobby smelling because you open the Thai and Chinese restaurant that make more smell at the lobby The carpet look so old and dirty every where ,lobby , haul way , in the bed room ,lucky the bed and the toilet look clean The car that bring us to the hotel and the airport , inside need to remodel all the seats look so old and dirty , all interior need to make a new one . In the room you should have refrigerator , the cashier or front desk people are not good service mind at all .
