Only accessible by car. We thought we could walk around the neighborhood but were dissuaded by the staff. Room, bed, bathroom were all clean. There is no lobby though to hang out in the morning. Breakfast is just bananas and sugary bars. For a motel and the price, it was fine.

To begin with--Best prices I've found in the 6 years I've been coming to see my doctors.I live in East Texas at Lake Fork.I travel 2-3x weekly 6 hours...one way. This motel was Fairfield Hotel with all the works and pricy.Indoor heated swimming pool ,weight room, huge rooms loaded with microwave,small dorm refrigerator ,huge 400 plus square foot rooms,35” new Roku TVs ,cold AC,new pillow top beds,very clean inside and out ,then an excellent full breakfast. Was recently purchased by Sonesta.Goodservice,friendly staff but most new and learning but all is good. In a very good location facing I10 here in Katy,Tx,every kind of eating establishment within block or two,upscale area.Anything you need is near. I found this place by pure luck and online.

El olor del desinfectante es bastante fuerte, el desayuno es bueno, la estadía es muy conveniente, la tarjeta de la habitación es un poco mala, el personal de recepción cambia muy rápido, adecuado para estudiantes que viven en Houston.

Las instalaciones son un poco viejas, ¡y todo el mundo lo hace todos los días! ¡El entorno que lo rodea es tranquilo y seguro! La recepción puede cambiar el cambio, la cocina de inducción, el refrigerador, el horno de microondas es muy fácil de usar, ¡compré una sartén, un sofrito y un bistec frito para comer mucho!

La habitación estaba limpia, pero había una fuga y el wifi era muy débil en rm 109 la joven en servicio era muy útil y agradable.

We I got to my room the smell was so strong, the streets were stained. The were roachs not as many as my last visit shower curtain was dirty. But the service clerk was very professional and nice.
