El dueño /manager es muy amable y nos contacta a través de WhatsApp, es muy amable, útil y amable. La habitación está renovada, limpia, nueva, cómoda y grande. Nos permitió dejar nuestra maleta con él 2 días gratis. La ubicación está cerca de Metropolitan Central. Lo recomiendaré a mi amigo que viene a Nápoles. 10/10. La propiedad es autocontrolada y no difícil.

Incredibly friendly staff and hostel culture, with optional but extremely affordable €5 dinner provided (on top of the included breakfast). A refrigerator is available for use, and there's even some free bites available at times. Lovely hostel culture, with a ”bar” of sorts open in the evening. Staff was incredibly helpful, available 24 hours, and provided a whole slew of services, including offering an affordable taxi service at a fixed rate, even at ungodly hours. They even provided me a map of Naples alongside recommended sites to visit, each with detailed explanations. Optional laundry was €7, I believe, although I did not employ it. Hand soap provided in the toilets, of which there are many. The ONLY drawback is the location which is up a hill, and I had the fortune of visiting during Easter Sunday when the nearest station wasn't operating, so it was some 20 nonstop mins of dragging my luggage up an increasingly steep slope. Honestly way too good for the price, especially the staff! Can't say enough good things about them.

Lovely little home located on the heart of the Spanish quarters, easy to go to nearby sites by metro or walking. Room was clean and cozy and had basic amenities with simple breakfast and coffee. Host was very reachable and kind, Instructions to find and get to the place was clear. Recommend to get airport transfer or taxi from airport or train station as it can be hard to locate at first. Overall, a very nice stay for 2 nights!

Me gustó, en general muy bueno, está bien ubicado para ir al centro y para tomar un ferri. La gente muy amable, el desayuno rico. Solo le cambiaría un poco la limpieza del baño (pudo ser peor) y hay varias moscas (pero es normal en Napoli). Me salió un poco costoso para un Hostal, pero vale la pena por todo lo demás. Volvería.

The hotel is in a great, convenient location. I also want to give a special shout-out to the staff for their warm hospitality and honesty. When I checked out, I accidentally left my wallet behind. As soon as I realized it and went back, every single cent was still there. Their team is incredibly trustworthy and reliable!

ロケーションは高級ブティック街にあり、とても治安が良いです。大通りはブティック街、泊まるビルの通りは飲食店街です。 設備で2つにしたのは、2つの理由。1、飲食店街のため1時まで音楽が聞こえ、朝5時には瓶の回収の音がうるさい。2、アメニティはシャンプーとボディソープが一緒になったパウチが用意されているだけ、何もアメニティはなし。 また清潔度は、初日のシーツは汗の匂い、2日目の布団カバーの汚れがあり、それ以外は全て綺麗です。 なお、このレジデンスには11部屋あるため部屋の場所によっては特に気にならない音かもしれません。

Me alojé dos noches. El personal fue amable. La habitación era pequeña para una persona, pero suficiente para alguien con un vuelo temprano por la mañana. Es muy práctico, a solo 5 minutos a pie del aeropuerto. La habitación estaba limpia. La ducha y el inodoro son compartidos, pero hay unas 10 habitaciones, así que se pueden usar sin problema. Los únicos inconvenientes son que el agua de la ducha se filtra al inodoro y que la manguera es demasiado corta.

Queda en un lugar céntrico perfecto para movilizarte a los lugares más conocidos de Napoli buena atención y volvería en mi próximo viaje.el señor muy amable en recepcion

I could not find the hotel, in fact its not a hotel its some rooms inside the building. I could not contact the property and it was rainy and cold I stayed in another place. TRIP service could not help me to receive refund, and they proposed a little compensation with trip coins. I booked a hotel with booking because it had a better price. Usually I use only trip, but this time it was not fortune.
