I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The space is beautifully designed with a contemporary look, making it both modern and cozy. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the functional amenities made my stay incredibly comfortable. The hot water supply was consistent, which was a big plus! What truly made my experience special was the owner, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, and the moderate morning breakfast was a lovely touch that added to the homely feel. The location is another major highlight—it’s conveniently close to the metro, making it easy to access any part of the city. Whether you’re here for sightseeing or business, this apartment is perfectly situated for exploring and getting around. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and welcoming stay. You’ll feel right at home here! I would definitely stay again and can’t thank the owner enough for such a pleasant experience.

Reservamos sintiéndonos un poco nerviosos mientras leíamos las diversas críticas, pero también dudamos con poca experiencia en una casa de huéspedes B&B. Parecían haber muy pocas opciones en Nápoles (distrito de Chiaia), una zona privilegiada y más segura; tener una suite con cocina americana y un precio muy razonable. Nos recibieron calurosamente en nuestra suite estudio, espaciosa, bien organizada y con mucha atención en la ubicación del diseño de accesorios y muebles; asientos para tomar el desayuno, escritorio de trabajo o relaj**** en el sofá. Habitación muy iluminada con grandes ventanas insonorizadas que se pueden abrir o opción de utilizar el sistema de aire acondicionado. Las vistas de los apartamentos residenciales cercanos realmente nos ayudaron a sentirnos como en casa (aunque no pudimos disfrutar de la vista al mar de Nápoles) La cama, el colchón, la ropa de cama y las almohadas estaban bien (para aquellos que requieren acabados más finos y específicos no deberían ir a una casa de huéspedes) El baño era práctico y tenía todo lo que uno necesitaba, con ducha de mano y ducha de lluvia instaladas. La cocina americana tenía vitrocerámica, cafetera, hervidor, nevera y utensilios. De nuevo suficiente para una estancia de 4 noches. En cualquier caso, un horno o una tostadora hubieran sido buenos para calentar el pan. Lo más destacado que vale la pena mencionar, como lo hacen la mayoría de las reseñas, es Massimo, quien nos ayudó con recomendaciones, nos guió con un mapa local, reservó una excursión de un día a Pompeya, nuestro taxi y mucho más. Honestamente, aquellos de nosotros que hemos tenido la suerte de hospedarnos en hoteles de 5 estrellas sabremos que no siempre se obtiene este tipo de hospitalidad discreta, profesional y confiable que Massimo nos ha mostrado. Si no le importa aloj**** en una casa de huéspedes, lo cual puede parecer desalentador, o si la entrada del edificio puede estar un poco alejada de la calle lateral, pero después de leer esta reseña le asegurará que los guardias de seguridad las 24 horas y las instalaciones cerradas lo lograron. Siéntete como en casa lejos de casa. gracias masimo y equipo por mantener nuestra habitación súper limpia, todos los días cuando realmente no esperábamos el servicio. Asimismo agradecimos los pequeños detalles de recibir impermeables desechables en caso de fuertes lluvias en nuestro recorrido.

Bang in the heart of not just the charming old centre but right on the block where the street partying takes place till the early mornings of the weekends. But no noise pollution due to the small boutique hotel being on the (very high!) fourth floor of the old building that has its entrance in the courtyard off the street. We traveled with our two sons (17 and 10) and it worked but wouldn’t stay with our younger daughters there due to the unconventionality of the accommodation: No public areas or services, just straight up rooms (only six of them all in the one corridor off the reception) which are fitted in modern and marbled design. Room no 3 is spacious with a nice four poster bed, no 1 is less so but both still had room for a bidet in the all tiled bathrooms which has an LED light feature in the shower! Both also have a French balcony: from room 3 you can view the Vesuvius Mountain. Theres a price listed minibar and my husband really liked the mattress Reception is not 24h but communication was very good and personal through WhatsApp. I was looking forward to the roof terrace but it was bare and unused serving merely as a panorama lookout point. Not to worry, the most important thing for us was that the hotel was clean and had some form of luxury for the night we stayed in Napoli!

Camera pulita, comunicazione ottima!

Все в целом хорошо, предварительно пишите перед заселением, с улицы отель найти будет тяжело. Расположение хорошое, номер в целом тоже. Единственный минус, что ночью, не могли попасть в номер, так как администратор после продления забыл нам продлить код доступа к двери на этаже, пришлось будить соседей на этаже (хорошо что был звонок в дверь) в 2 часа ночи, а в 7 утра уже был выезд в другой город. Извинений со стороны отеля даже не было, как и компенсации. Хотя мы могли потерять на билетах около 200 евро и еще спать на улице, если бы не наша настойчивость попасть в номер, где лежали все деньги и документы!

Tuvimos una experiencia terrible con este hotel. Después de confirmar la reserva y llegar a la zona, el propietario desapareció durante horas, no respondió a los mensajes de texto ni a las llamadas telefónicas y no dejó a nadie en la propiedad para registrarnos. Tuvimos que rogarle a los lugareños que nos ayudaran a conseguir el número de teléfono del propietario. Además, cuando hicimos el registro, tuvimos que tratar con personas que no hablaban inglés (¿cómo se alquilan propiedades a nivel internacional sin poder comunicarse?) y también exigieron el pago de impuestos en efectivo a pesar de que no tenían cambio, por lo que terminamos pagando más de lo necesario. La propiedad en sí es muy bonita y limpia, pero recomiendo mantenerse alejado.

Отель вызвал противоречивых чувства)). Положительное: Удобное расположение в центре города, близко к метро и достопримечательностям. Рядом супермаркет.В номере чисто. Что не понравилось: квест с заселением ( в принципе, всё понятно объяснено, какое кнопки, но нужно пройти 3 закрытых дверей). Расположение кондиционера под окном и за шторкой)). Слышимость от соседнего номера, а именно из туалета ( будто бы у тебя в комнате). И главное - ни утром, ни вечером не было горячей воды, только днём. Поехал бы я снова в этот отель, думаю нет

Я не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом районе Неаполя, и мне очень удобно расположение здания: 3 минуты до вокзала Порта Нолана и 10 минут от Наполи Чентрале. Рядом с объектом размещения несколько супермаркетов, один из них Eurospin с хорошим выбором продуктов и низкими ценами. Возле отеля есть остановки автобусов и трамвая. Отель - это помещение на 3-м этаже здания с несколькими комнатами и кухней. На кухне есть посуда, кофе машина, чайник. Несколько столиков, чтобы выпить кофе. Номера новые, с недавним ремонтом и милым дизайном. Хорошие удобные матрасы, приятные подушки, новое постельное белье и полотенца в достаточном количестве. В душе всегда есть горячая вода. В номере мини-холодильник, туалетный столик. Каждые 2 дня производится тщательная уборка, смена полотенец, пополнение банных принадлежностей. В нашем номере было 2 балкона с потрясающим видом на колокольню и порт. Учитывая, что стоимость размещения довольно низкая, я считаю, что это отличные условия прибывания с бонусов в виде потрясающего вида. Персонал отеля был весьма любезен и всегда оставался на связи, чтобы помочь нам как с заселением, так и со всеми другими возникающими вопросами. Мы продлили проживание в этом отеле еще на три дня.

В номере чисто, но мы просили 2 одеяла - на просьбу не среагировали. Завтрак - нельзя назвать завтраком, печеньки, сок и капсульный кофе, иногда 1 капсулу и 1 сок, иногда 2 на 2 гостей. Нет Утюга, это очень странно. Попросили оставить багаж, хозяйка сказала хорошо. По факту у нас за это просили 5 евро, но заранее об этом не предупредила.

Staying at Domis Vesuvio in Naples was one of the best travel decisions we’ve made. The location, just a short walk from the main bus station, made getting around the city incredibly easy. The property looked exactly like the photos — clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. What truly sets this place apart is the staff, they all helped us fell like we were home. Sara and Ginevra are some of the warmest and most helpful people we’ve ever met while traveling. They were always available, ready to answer any question, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. The restaurant downstairs where breakfast is served was another highlight of our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, the portions generous, and the prices very reasonable. The wine they serve is excellent and pairs perfectly with the dishes. The overall value for money far exceeded our expectations. We honestly cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Naples. Next time we visit, we won’t even look for another accommodation — we’ll simply wait until this one is available. Highly, truly recommended.
