Was fine, but a bit out of the way, even cab drivers said as much. The family running this homestay were nice and attentive, and were more than happy to drive you out to nearest bus stop every day. If you want to stay in a traditional cave dwelling/yaodong, this is a good choice. I will say that I had a bit of an allergic reaction there to the bedding though, so if you have sensitive skin, it may not be the best. It was very clean though and well furnished, and was very pretty on the interior. I do think on the whole it added to my sense of what it was like to live in Yan’an and a greater feeling of experiencing history rather than just reading about it.

We went to Ganquan Canyon during the autumn holidays. We decided to stay near the entrance. The hospitality of the owners was fantastic. Despite the language barrier, we were able to understand each other easily. They provided entrance tickets on our behalf while we enjoyed an excellent, wholesome breakfast of vegetables from the garden. The room is big and clean. Highly recommended!

Absolute gem – we extended our stay! Entering Hanting Hotel Yichuan felt like tea, cake, and a blanket in winter. We loved it so much we stayed longer. Staff: Front desk team (young man + ladies) cater to every need with sweet smiles and genuine care. Young Bao was super helpful. Rooms: Impeccable, bed clean and comfy. Slow charging facilities Now for the REAL highlight – 绿园土菜馆 (Lüyuan Tuguan Restaurant): After nearly 250 days of traveling across China, this is one of the best local experiences we've had. It's a humble family-run spot where we met the whole family – including the most adorable little girl who made us feel like we'd always known each other. The food is honest and soul-warming: bold, unfiltered flavors that taste like being invited into someone's home. Every bite lingers. If you want authentic Yichuan local life on a plate, find this place. Highly, highly recommended. 房間進去乾淨明亮，設施設備應有盡有，床墊舒適，熱水來的也挺快洗澡很舒服，小歐也挺靈敏，網速很快，停車也方便，有內部停車場，交通便利，前台有免費的茶水，服務好的沒話説，不僅熱情，而且效率高，還會幫忙拿行李，出門就是公交站，吃飯的話附近也有幾家不錯的餐館，最主要房價實惠，性價比高，得到不止一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗，是出差和旅行的理想下榻之選[強][強][強][強][強][強][強]

La habitación es muy limpia, el transporte es muy conveniente, el autobús que conduce a todas las atracciones está al otro lado del hotel, es la opción ideal para el viaje, el servicio es cuidadoso, fácil de comunicar, esta temporada está muy caliente en la habitación,

It's in the outskirt and was restful & quiet when we reached the venue in the evening 8pm. The aircon is good to keep us comfortably warm at nite especially the warm air in the shower area... we don't feel much chill when showering. The Standard Room is a little tight for us but enough to spread our 2 luggages- one Large &1 small. The breakfast is inclusive and they were simple but very nutritious ... 五谷粥 and several veggies and eggs.

If you are a foreigner I do not recommend it in terms of cleanliness. For a premium business suite, it is not up to par. There is an extreme amount of mosquitoes. Even with multiple layers of mosquito spray I was bitten over 30 times in my room (i counted). The private washroom also has a foul smell, like sewage. The room size is good enough, but note there is no AC, just a large fan.
