Beautiful small village. The owners were warm and welcoming. Their kids even helped us to discover the village. Breakfast dim sum soup was delicious. The two bedrooms room was modern and clean. I think most bedrooms come with actual toilets but the one we were in (squat toilets) but they kindly let us use next doors 😄 we attended a small dance organized in the village - it was beautiful and felt authentic!

This hostel was recommended by my friend and I really felt very satisfying to stay at this hostel during my visit to Ya’an Bifengxia Panda Base. It is around 5-10 minutes walking distance from the hostel to the panda base. A simple local style breakfast was provided by the hostel and it was just nice to me. For dinner, we can separately order and have it at the hostel that was cooked by the owner’s father. It was really home-cooked taste kind of dinner👍. The owner of this hostel, Mr. Liu (刘老板）is really very helpful and friendly👍. He always ensure all the arrangements are well planned for the guest especially the transportation as well as the entrance ticket to the panda base. I will definitely stay at this hostel again for my next panda trip at Bifengxia.

Buena ubicación, a 10 minutos a pie del centro de visitas donde se pueden comprar entradas para el centro panda que incluyen un viaje de autobús a la entrada. La comida en el hotel estaba bien. El hotel es un poco viejo, así que las camas también son un poco viejos y de moda y vapor. ¡Pero para el lugar era bueno!

Pasé una noche en este hotel porque vine a ver a los pandas. La entrada más cercana al parque de pandas está a 400 metros, lo cual es muy conveniente. Sin embargo, para comprar la entrada (si no se compra en línea), hay que ir al centro de información turística, que está a unos 3,5 km del hotel (se puede llegar en un autobús gratuito). El dueño del hotel me ayudó con la entrada y le pidió a alguien que la comprara por mí; sin embargo, esta entrada no me permitía realizar todas las actividades dentro del parque (no sé exactamente por qué). La habitación estaba limpia y la terraza era preciosa, ideal para el verano. En invierno, sin embargo, hace mucho frío dentro de la habitación, ya que no hay calefacción (aunque sí hay una manta eléctrica). Así que, en esta época del año, ¡hay que llevar ropa de abrigo! Para una noche, esto se puede sobrellevar, ya que el agua de la ducha, por otro lado, está muy caliente, incluso hirviendo… Una sugerencia: sería genial si pudieran recomendarme taxistas para llegar al hotel. Usé Didi, pero fue un error. El conductor se perdió entre la montaña (me pregunto si no lo hizo a propósito) y me exigió el doble del precio, casi gritándome durante todo el trayecto. Le di lo que pedía para quedarme tranquilo y dar por zanjado el tema (¡pero la experiencia no fue nada agradable, incluso me dio miedo!). De regreso, gracias a la recomendación del dueño del hotel, no tuve ningún problema, ya que tomé el autobús desde el centro turístico hasta la estación de autobuses de Ya'an por 6 CNY (estos autobuses son amarillos y la estación está después de la curva del centro turístico). ¡Gracias de nuevo por su hospitalidad y hasta la próxima!

Cute little place on the water, we had a little difficulty finding it as we thought is was going to be on the main side but it is actually on the other side of the river. Location wise for food it’s only about a 300m walk to the old town Owners were very helpful and understanding when we had a unexpected very late check in Room was small but comfortable except the bed was rock hard and felt like you were sleeping on some planks of wood

Nice stay overall — clean, simple rooms with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, located right in the heart of the ancient town. Friendly 24-hour front desk, basic but comfortable amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere made it a good choice for a budget stay. Would recommend for travelers wanting easy access to the town and a relaxed vibe.

The location is perfect, far enough from the city that you can enjoy the nature, peace, and serenity of the countryside, but still just a 15 minute ride from the train station. AC is working very well, the room was nothing luxurious, but clean and comfortable, with all the needed amenities. The owner was very friendly and helpful, offered us tea from his family's own produce as well. The hospitality combined with the atmosphere of the countryside made it a unique and treasured experience, spectacular value for the price. The view from the room was also fascinating.
