¡Recomiendo muchísimo el albergue Shenzhen Youlin! Es perfecto para chicos que vienen solos a Shenzhen por trabajo o para una escapada corta. Está muy cerca del metro, lo que facilita mucho moverse y encontrar sitios para comer. El albergue cuenta con seguridad estricta gracias a las cerraduras con teclado, así que puedes estar tranquilo al volver por la noche. Todo está impecablemente limpio; el baño no huele mal, la ropa de cama se cambia con frecuencia y las camas están limpias y frescas. Cada cama tiene una cortina opaca, un enchufe individual y una taquilla con cerradura. Al correr la cortina, tendrás privacidad y nadie te molestará. Las zonas comunes están equipadas con lavadora, agua caliente, mesas y sillas, así que es fácil cocinar o trabajar. El dueño es muy atento y servicial, e incluso recomienda buenos sitios para ir al trabajo y comer en la zona. La mayoría de los demás compañeros de habitación son jóvenes tranquilos y responsables, así que sus horarios no interfieren entre sí. Tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio, es la opción perfecta para una estancia corta, ¡y sin duda me alojaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que esté en Shenzhen!

The two single beds are big and comfortable. Location is less than 500 metre to Metro Line 12. Plenty of fruit stalls and eateries downstairs, a good dimsum restaurant is beside the Metro Station Exit D. Late checkout at 2 pm. We like the balcony for our breakfast.

Facilities and location is very ideal. Good view and clean room. Close to dongmen pedestrian street. Xiao Pan our check in manager is very polite and helpful. Very nice person and helped us with our daily needs. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

No se necesita llave para el depósito. Tuve algunos problemas con el reembolso. La entrada en la primera planta del edificio la gestiona alguien cercano. El alojamiento no está tan limpio como parece en las fotos. La ducha y el inodoro son un poco extraños. Mi habitación no tenía almohada ni futón. No se admiten llegadas temprano por la mañana. El personal es amable, pero parece que no entienden que los viajeros extranjeros no son ajenos al idioma chino, la cultura china, Alipay ni WeChat, y que no tienen teléfonos ni cuentas chinas. Por lo tanto, este alojamiento es más adecuado para quienes dominan el chino o para viajeros chinos. No volveré a alojarme aquí.

Personal amable, habitaciones nuevas y limpias El personal es muy amable y respondió pacientemente a todas mis preguntas, incluyendo indicaciones detalladas sobre cómo llegar al observatorio. También compré mi entrada a la playa directamente en el hotel; me hicieron un pequeño descuento, lo cual fue una grata sorpresa. El hotel es completamente nuevo. La ropa de cama está impecable y el baño es excelente, con accesorios modernos. Todo funcionaba a la perfección y se sentía fresco. En general, disfruté mucho de mi estancia. ¡Muy recomendable! Cerca encontré una agradable cafetería europea, a unos 5 minutos a pie: Mike's Kitchen & Bar.

The location is great. When you go out, you will easily be greeted with a lot of food and restaurant options. Train is also accessible. The front door is located infront of the street with cars so when you use didi, you can directly be dropped off into the front door. When we first came, we were confused cause the elevator can’t go up to 14th floor. Apparently, there are 3 elevators in the first floor but only 2 on the left can be used to go up to 14th floor. The right elevator wont open at the 14th floor because it is where the reception of the hotel is placed. When we went, we were asked if we are okay with one computer only. As someone who wasn’t planning to use the PC, I said it’s okay. However, when we went to the room, having 1 computer also meant we got the smaller room cut. I was so frustrated cause I read all reviews of a lot of hotels and really searched for a big cut room because we have big luggages and we were there for Christmas. I pipped on a room that was vacant when we checked in and it was a lot bigger than our room (same room type, just no pole and have 2 PCs) Mostly because our room also has this huge building pole that consumed a lot of space also. The reception was nice and friendly though. She helped us carry our bags. However, the room itself was clean but you can smell the particles/dust of smoke that the previous user left. It isn’t direct smoke smell but as someone who is very allergic to smoke, our nose can pick up the particles itself like the dust that came from the cigar specially in the computer chair. So it didn’t smell like cigar but the particles left made us allergic and sneezing for the entire stay. I told the reception the next day and they cleaned and used a device to remove smoke in the room. I really appreciated this since it lessen out sneezing throughout the night. However, the smoke smell was evident when you go out of the room. Most probably because other guests are smoking outside or at the reception itself. Kind of sad because it says in the listing that this property was a non-smoking room. Which if they said that someone is able to smoke, I wouldn’t even consider the property in the first place. Contrary to other reviews, I saw a robot in the basement that was able to deliver food by itself. I’m not sure if it can go up to the hotel because we didn’t try but the robot was functioning and was able to deliver food in other floors. Overall, the stay was great. Amenities were there such as shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers, bathrobe and others. Just frustrated because we got a smaller room cut (the image looks big because of mirrors) and smells like cigar even though I also noted in my booking that I have a very bad allergy towards cigarette. Oh, and the other reviews were right, if you are sensitive to noise, you need to double think before booking because the cars and the street noise can really be heard in the room. For someone who is not sensitive to noise that much, it wasn’t a concern for me. The pillows and bed was great and comfortable :) There’s also a refrigerator in the room.

小插曲吧，找路的時候真的有點難為了我一下下，所以我必須得指一下路哈，第二張圖中間的標誌是品雲會舍，這四個字和店名有點出入，但大概齊就是品雲會民宿酒店的意思，我在這個路口硬是沒走過去，打了兩個電話才摸到門，其實順着往上走幾步就看到指路牌了，確實寶藏店啦，藏得夠深的哈哈哈，點個贊，我的房間整面牆都是窗，窗外盡是樹影！

Cama. Los muebles del armario están deteriorados, pero el lugar es amplio, cómodo y luminoso. Su relación calidad-precio es excelente. Ubicación conveniente cerca del metro. Hay tiendas de aperitivos, restaurantes económicos y grandes centros comerciales y calles peatonales. Un lugar agradable.

This is a honest review about Jufuyuan Apartment. The location is around 10 minutes away from Dongmen Pedestrian Street and the grocery store but there is a 24/7 convenience store located downstairs. Upon check in I asked the lady boss why there was no sofa compared to the pictures on the website as she told me different rooms have different layouts. There was a problem with the AC on the living area that is why the guy boss had to adjust the room temperature for us to sleep comfortably. It can sleep 4 people as we were billeted on the 31st floor. The guy boss was so kind as to help me order items from taobao as I needed to order items from the app and my alipay wont connect to the taibao app that is why I asked him to use his app and he ordered for me. He also helped me to look for a key duplicating store on the last day as I stayed there for 5 days. But I can't say much about the lady boss(his wife) as we asked her for help on the last day to book a didi taxi since I don't know how to use the app. She didn't help me and told me to ask someone downstairs to book it yet the guard didn't know how to either. We can speak mandarin but I find the attitude of the lady boss not so good compared to his husband who was so kind to help me out. Good thing a taxi stopped by and we were able to catch a ride to the port going back to HK. It was raining then so we had to take a taxi back to the port. Location wise it is okay if youre not with seniors as my parents had a hard time going to the Pedestrian street(30 mins walk from them). There was typhoon for 2 days so we didn't go out. My parents were sick but the good thing is there was a hospital in front and a pharmacy besides it, wherein I bought medicines and food for them. Subway is around 200 meters but you need to carry your stuff going down as there was no escalator going down only up. 4 Restaurants were across the apartment. There were several small roaches that they really need to disinfect the room as I saw them crawling on the wall. Most units then were not occupied as it was lean season but saw some units have a balcony wherein ours didn't have any. If not for the kindness of the guy boss I would say I still had a pleasant experience staying there. The apartment is more of an Airbnb type that you have to provide everything. No water or tea was provided during our stay. There was a washing machine besides the bathroom which helped us to wash our clothes when we were there.

Un albergue juvenil decente. Me quedé allí una noche principalmente por Shenzhen y Ma'anshan. Estuvo bien. Lo único que me hizo sentir un poco incómodo fue que me cobraron un depósito. Pero en general estoy satisfecho. Por este precio está bien en el centro de la ciudad. Las instalaciones en el medio están rotas, pero en general está bien.
