"El lugar y el ambiente creado dentro de todo el hotel es muy acogedor, haciendo una estancia de lo más relajante. El trato recibido por parte de todo el personal del hotel fue inmejorable, fueron muy atentos, serviciales y rápidos en todas las peticiones. Tuvimos además, la suerte de conocer al director del hotel y lo entendimos todo, es un claro ejemplo de vocación y profesionalidad. No tenemos palabras para agradecer la increíble estancia que tuvimos en este lugar, pero sí podemos decir que no queríamos abandonar aquel lugar que parecía un paraíso. Sin dudas, volveremos, esta vez esperamos pasar más tiempo."

"Ubicación perfecta, a solo 5 minutos a pie de la playa y tabernas, justo al lado de la carretera principal, pero era fácil de cruzar y un poco ruidoso. El resto, una pena, realmente tiene potencial. Apartamento de 1 dormitorio de buen tamaño. El baño, especialmente la zona de la ducha, estaba muy sucio. Nos alojamos 12 días con toallas limpias normales, que estaban bien. La ropa de cama estaba limpia, pero todas las sábanas tenían agujeros. El apartamento y el balcón no estaban barridos en absoluto. Conseguimos una escoba en la planta baja y lo hicimos nosotros mismos. Como ya han dicho otros, solo basura: muebles viejos, hinchables y un montón de otras cosas desordenadas por todas partes. La piscina que se muestra en Love Holidays es solo para uso privado. La otra piscina no parecía atractiva, solo 3 sombrillas, tal vez tenían más, pero ciertamente no afuera, y hacía mucho calor durante nuestra estancia. Estuvimos bastante contentos de usar la playa. En general, fueron unas vacaciones baratas, solo una base. No volvería y hay mejores por el mismo precio, así que investigaré mejor la próxima vez."

"We had a wonderful stay in the Cactus Royal Resort & Spa . I booked a massage with the lovely Ioanna and it was wonderful, relaxing and very calming. It was so nice, that we booked another massage. This time Amandeep gave me the Neck & Shoulder massage and it as amazing as the first one. We would definitely recommend coming here and enjoy the spa, sauna and gym."

"Lovely apartment, quaint with older type furniture with great sea view. Steps to get up to it from main road. A nice balcony to sit in the evening. Had a cooler week in March but had blankets and heater to stay warm. Right across the road from the strip when its open for the season. I enjoyed the peaceful nights sleep and the owner was pleasant with a cute friendly dog"

"Just returned from 10 days in the Malliotakis hotel we went as two couples it was absolutely amazing and I cannot fault it at all 😍 Perfect location right on the beach we had a poolside/beach view room and it was perfect nice and clean, Could always get a sun bed. The food they serve was also very nice. And finally the staff are so welcoming and friendly they speak many languages, it is a family run hotel and they work so hard and such long hours and will always go out of their way for you I would absolutely return 🥰 thankyou for such a perfect holiday"

"Myself my wife, sister & partner stayed here on the 14 sep for 1 week lovely room next to the pool all the staff were amazing, including the chef who kept popping out from the kitchen to check that there was enough food we enjoyed it so much that when we got home, we booked for the same time next year for eight nights and we can’t wait my sister and partner said it was their best holiday ever need I say anymore"

"We stayed in the Deluxe Suite with a Jacuzzi. Its the largest room and we had plenty of space. This room is closer to the main street but we had no trouble sleeping, its very quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable. Large TV in room. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice and you can have eggs/omelettes cooked fresh for you. Its a very quiet hotel with only 11 rooms. All the staff work hard to provide a comfortable stay. Apostiles is very helpful with recommendations on where to go for trips and where to eat. Alban on the beach is very funny and always had our beds ready and was on hand to provide us with drinks. The beach area outside The Riviera was lovely, very sandy, no rocks in this area. I recommend using the hotels airport transfer service, very good value for money. Plenty of Greek Tavernas within easy waking distance. We had a look at the other rooms as some people say they are very small. I would say they are standard size for Greece. We loved this hotel so much we are coming back with some friends next year and will stay in the smaller rooms they are lovely and have everything you need. Thank you to everyone at The Riviera, we had the best holiday and cant wait to return."

"Yet another fabulous holiday After many years of coming to Crete as a family we have said we would try the Greek night in Mochos and so we kept to our word this year. Once we mentioned this to Kleo at the bar she was on hand to arrange it all for us. She arranged transfers to pick us up and bring us back for a group of 12 people, along with a restaurant reservation with a perfect location and delicious food. The Greek night is a must and one all of the family will enjoy. Everyone at Nikos apartments are always on hand to help whether it’s arranging a night out or a great night around the bar with family and friends. "

"En el hotel, el hotel está situado en una zona de la playa, bar y restaurantes. La habitación de mis padres era el tercer piso y muy fechada. La ducha está ahogada a la mitad de la pared. La ducha de mis padres no tenía un gancho en absoluto. Haciendo ducha difícil. Nuestro cuarto también no tenía bin, excepto la habitación para el papel higiénico. Kettle supuso pero no hay té o café. No es habitual para una 4 estrella. Comida que luché con, había porridge un día que era agradable. Un 4 tostadoras para todos los que tomaban edades. La cena no es grande. El hotel es muy agradable y es muy agradable."

"the room we stayed in was very dated, brown old furniture and a film of grim on soft furnishings and floor. No bedside table so used stool with thread bear covering had to put a towel on top to cover the grim. Long slimy worm like grubs on floor and curtains. Bathroom tiny with mouldy curtains that wrapped round you as half of the fittings were missing. First day swimming pool was green although they did clean it was next to a main road so very noisy and not a relaxing place to catch the rays. A long walk in to stalis with a couple of restaurants near by. The outside bar area could have been nice but again very overgrown and dated furniture. Hopefully it has been refurbished but we certainly wouldn't risk booking in again. Much better accomodation nearer to centre which we will be staying in this September "

"We have just returned from the Dionysys Apartments in Stalis and ask you to look at all of the good posts of this lovely hotel. I needed a holiday where I could relax and enjoy sitting around the lovely clean pool, having a drink and walking only a few minutes to the beach The food was great cooked by Papa playboy and this is exactly what was achieved. It was just a wonderful experience and we will return next year. The apartment and hotel who was very clean with no complaints at all and Rula does a wonderful job keeping that way. The genuine warmth of the staff, Papa Playboy, Efi and Athena, and the stunning natural beauty of the surroundings made for an absolutely unforgettable holiday. We loved our holiday to Stallis and the Dionysos apartment's. Just waiting for June flights to be released and we will be back!!"
