Eurohotel Katrin Hotel & Bungalows

Everything was amazing. Natasa is always friendly and helpful and Stefan has been so helpful too. Beautiful hotel. Close to shops and beach. The staff make you feel so welcome and the food is great. Rooms are beautiful. You must stay here!!

Brilliant hotel. Very good choice of food at both breakfast, lunch & dinner. Room was spacious, had plenty of storage space & cleaned every day as well as fresh towels daily & sheets changed every 2 days. Whole hotel was spotless & well maintained. 2 adult only pools next to one another & a 3rd pool with children's section, both of which had a bar with self service beer, wine & soft drinks. Bar staff served spirits & cocktails. All staff were very friendly & helpful.Hotel is in an excellent position only 5 minutes from beach & main strip in Stalis. Would definitely stay again if we ever return to Stalis

Lovely situated hotel, just a short walk to beach ,bars and restaurants. Friendly staff, nice food ,but definitely needs a few tweaks, NOTE .. no pool towels provided, no complementary water in rooms , ALL-INCLUSIVE... pool bars only provide very basic drinks, family pool only beer, white wine and soft drinks. Adult only pool white wine, beer, soft drinks and very limited spirits, don't expect a nice cocktail round pool areas. Evening bar which opens at 6 had more choice. If you want a nice fruit juice you will have to pay extra 3 euros for freshly squeezed orange juice. We went out most nights as no real entertainment very quite most of the time . Room was only cleaned a couple of times during our 10 night stay ,did make up the bed every day but that was about it ,clean towels and sheets only twice ,floor never got swept. Overall very basic all inclusive ,food good lots of variety, drinks poor, area brilliant, we still had a great stay just be prepared for what you get . Amazing staff though and lovely spa area even though was a bit expensive they give great massages.

This hotel is ideally located just a few minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants and has a beautiful background of the mountains. The facilities are clean and the whole staff team are friendly and very welcoming. We stayed in a room with the whirlpool tub on the decking, wonderful addition to wind down on an evening. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel to families, couples and solos.

Very enjoyable stay. This hotel is very close to all amenities. Very clean and all staff are so helpful and always happy. There was a young man in the bar on the last three nights who was excellent and introduce me to Raki which isn't something I'll be doing again soon. Always something to eat in restaurant. All in all a great stay, thank you Katrina. We visited Sissi and would recommend it, a lovely place.

Excellent.. simply Excellent. Staff are Amazing and Hotel is very clean.. our 3rd visit.. many more to come.. Looking forward to 2027..

Stayed for a week in a family room. The room had a separate bedroom for us and 2 sofa beds for our teenagers in the other area. We arrived very late at night and were incredibly grateful to be met with kindness, our bags being carried to the room and a light meal. The room was dated but spotlessly clean - I couldn’t fault it at all, the cleaners came daily and it was well maintained. We were pleased to have air conditioning in both spaces and our room was convenient for the family pool. The pool area is a little tired and some of the sun beds need replacing. The family pool offers soft drinks you can serve yourself, beer and wine - if you want cocktails you have to go to the adult pool. This was not an issue for us and our children were happy with the snacks provided throughout the day. I found the bar tender at the pool bar could be grumpy one day and talk to you the next so it was a little frustrating. It is a light entertainment programme poolside with 2 young men running waterpolo and ping pong sessions during the day. I found it challenging to relax as one of them would sing along to their music on a mic at random intervals (a karaoke session for one ). I was also concerned by the uncensored songs they played at the pool area around very young children with explicit language and mature content. The restaurant and food were lovely. Everything was fresh with an abundance of variety available. I was pleased to see that everyday there were traditional Greek options available and that the food was regularly replaced and checked. The staff were very attentive and the restaurant manager Giorgios was dedicated to ensuring everyone was happy and that service ran smoothly. The evening entertainment was light - we liked this. There was a quiz one night, bingo and live Greek music with nice areas to sit in. I booked a treatment in the spa following a neck massage by the pool and had a wonderful massage from Mariela. She was very attentive and my back and shoulders felt amazing afterwards. The hotel has posters announcing that they are having a massive renovation over the winter and will return with a name change, more restaurant options and better pool facilities next season. I feel this is the action that is needed to reflect my thoughts on our holiday and I wish you all the best with this. We enjoyed our week together as a family and returned well rested for another school year ahead. Thank you!

We just came back from this lovely hotel. Friendly and hardworking staff especially all the staff in the restaurant, food was delicious, perfect location, neat and tidy room, calm atmosphere, plenty of entertainment and clean pool.
