Muy buena ubicación, en el 14o piso de un edificio de escritorio, a 15 minutos de la estación de tren, estación de autobuses, puerto y antigua ciudad, la habitación es muy amplia y limpia y tiene una buena vista (nivel de la escena de segundos). Pero el problema es que el contacto con Trip.com en el hotel es incorrecto (el teléfono de otras compañías de lujo, no de esta tienda), y el hotel no tiene recepción. Me pasó mucho tiempo contactar con el hotel para tratar de la alojamiento. La figura 3 de los comentarios es el teléfono correcto.

Lovely small, friendly hotel situated away from the busy seafront but within easy reach of everything including the palace. We found the breakfast amble with lots of choices and always freshly prepared. Room was a good size and very clean, fresh towels and bed made every day. Bar did close early but it was still nice to have afternoon or pre-dinner drinks in the garden always served with a smile. Maya was amazing, always greeted us with a smile and wanted to hear how our day went. Maya shared her knowledge about the best sites to visit during our stay with all the details on how to get there and make the most of it. She also recommended and booked restaurants for us, nothing was ever too much trouble. Thankyou so much Maya I wish you and the Hotel all the best for the future.

Lo mejor: pequeño hotel boutique: solo 47 habitaciones ubicadas en jardines bien cuidados; personal amable en todo el hotel; fantástica piscina/jacuzzi/spa y cómodas tumbonas; excelente desayuno y menú de merienda para el almuerzo y buenas noches menú a la carta; pequeño supermercado/panadería/farmacia enfrente; ubicado a 20 minutos a las afueras de Split pero con fácil acceso en autobús local (parada fuera del hotel 2,50 €/persona) o Uber 8 € (más barato que un taxi); al lado de uno de los principales sitios arqueológicos. Overall, it was a good hotel, but I wouldn't consider it worthy of a 5-star rating. The room was excellent, especially the bed and the air conditioning. Bathroom was a bit outdated for a hotel claiming to be 5-star. Despite this, both the room and the hotel were clean and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the private beach area in front of the property. It was a great perk to have access to complimentary beach chairs and towels. The surroundings were lovely, and it added to the overall experience. Breakfast was a disappointment considering the size and standard of the hotel. The breakfast selection was limited, and the quality was not up to par. For example, the fruits were not fresh, and there was no freshly squeezed juice available. It fell short of my expectations. The other restaurants within the hotel were quite expensive, and there wasn't much else in terms of dining options within walking distance. Dinner for two persons (main course with wine glasses) was 70+ euros. The Italian restaurant Conlemani offered delicious pasta and risotto dishes and was by far our favourite restaurant, but Gooshter and Port 74 left us disappointed. Gooshter was decent but one time the food we ordered to the beach never came. Port 74 was disappointment because we thought it would be more fine dining based on the advertisements and photos. It would have been convenient to have a shuttle bus service to Split city center, so guests could enjoy dinner or explore the area. Unfortunately, this service was not provided. The distance between the hotel and the center of Split is not long, but can take up to an hour depending on the traffic. In addition, there is a huge difference in the prices of Uber and regular taxis, as Uber costs around 15 euros and a regular taxi costs 30+ euros. In conclusion, the hotel was decent overall, but it would be a bigger disappointment if you tend to use your time exploring the destination and use the hotel mainly for sleeping and breakfast. The true value of the hotel lies in utilizing the beach and other facilities and amenities such as the restaurants, although they come at a highish cost. So if you're looking for a place to relax and take advantage of the amenities, this hotel could be a good choice. However, if you expect a truly 5-star experience in all aspects, you might want to consider other options.

PPeterHabitación muy bonita y amplia, con bonitas vistas a la plaza central. El personal es extremadamente agradable y servicial. Como el hotel es muy pequeño (piso superior del edificio, cada piso alberga un hotel diferente), no hay restaurante en el hotel. para el desayuno, obtienes vales para el restaurante vecino ”bokeria”, que también es muy agradable. el desayuno era excelente, especialmente los huevos escalfados dálmata. La ubicación del hotel no podría ser mejor, justo en el centro del casco antiguo, todos los lugares de interés están a solo 5 minutos a pie. el hotel se encuentra en una zona peatonal, pero si viaja con equipaje pesado, pueden hacer arreglos para llevarlo muy cerca del hotel (en carrito de golf). aunque está ubicado en el centro, si tiene las ventanas cerradas, no escucha ningún ruido. Puedo recomendar esta propiedad a cualquiera que esté interesado en visitar el casco antiguo de Split. Espero poder volver algún día.

Ddorothyc341My husband and I travelled on the 16th September on British Airways, which took 2hrs 40 minutes from Heathrow. Jet2 stop flying to Split after 31st August during the autumn and winter period. We stayed in 'Up There Design Rooms' which was in an excellent location with a short walk to all the touristy sights and nearby small beach. The rooms were on the 6th Floor gained by an elevator and were fairly basic in as much as furniture. Two swivel stools, a swivel chair, double bed with small tables either side and a clothes closet and shelves. We had a wonderful shower unit, toilet and sink unit with shelves underneath. The room was huge with windows all along this side with a view of lovely little white houses with red roofs going uphill towards the mountains. The window sill went the whole length along the window which was very useful and underneath was a socket for recharging phone or IPad. Incidentally the Wifi was really good. The best part of staying in 'Up There rooms' was the small coffee lounge, where you could help yourself to small biscuits, fruit, tea or coffee any time you needed a little refreshment at tables with some astonishing views of the Port. Adjoining this was the reception desk, manned by three outstanding staff, namely Petra, Valentina and Marko. They gave information about where to go, how to get to, and anything you needed to do, absolutely worth their weight in gold, nothing was a bother for them. THIS made the holiday all the more enjoyable. Couldn't beat this hotel for cleanliness, pristine white sheets, duvet and towels every other day... BLISS. The Old Town was really interesting, with shops, restaurants, and bars scattered around it in centuries old streets and buildings. It's a warren of little streets and took a couple of days to get your bearings in and around it. We found a lovely bar in the Central Square called 'No Stress'. It certainly lived up to it's name. Just sitting there having a quiet drink and people watching was pure relaxation. The waiters and staff were so pleasant and efficient. We didn't have a meal there, but I DID sample their Tiramasui and it was 'top notch' to say the least. The cleanliness was second to none, as the refuse collector came round every Hour in his little truck and picked up the trash from shops, restaurants, and bars, consequently there was not a scrap of litter anywhere. We walked the hind legs of a donkey, as it was so easy to do so, because the terrain was pretty flat around the Port. And there were seats everywhere to rest the weary legs if necessary. The Port was 'busy-busy' and Ocean Liners coming and going each day, and lots of large ferries taking tourists to the surrounding towns and islands. The main promenade area was breathtaking. Best I've ever had the fortune to encounter in my travels and once again immaculately litter-free. El Aircon es un poco racquet y alto pero se acostumbra a él y por unas noches las ventajas superan las desventajas ¡Estar en el corazón de la antigua ciudad es grande! UUsuario invitado¡Después de haber reservado un apartamento alternativo cancelado por los huéspedes en el último minuto (2 semanas antes de viajar a Split!!) tuvimos que buscar frenamente un nuevo alojamiento, y me alegro de que estuvimos en la parte central de Pearl! El nombre refleja ciertamente cómo nos sentíamos sobre este lugar. Antes de viajar, los huéspedes nos contactaron para preguntar si necesitamos un traslado del aeropuerto (que rechazamos) y cuánto tiempo llegaríamos. En primer lugar, la ubicación era absolutamente perfecta, a sólo 5 minutos a pie de la Riva, el Palacio de Diocletian y la Estación de Bus, y a unos 15 minutos a pie de la playa Bačvice. Cuando llegamos, nos saludaron un personal muy amable (por desgracia no atrapó su nombre) que nos dio una tarjeta de negocios con el código para entrar en el edificio y un número de teléfono para llamar si necesitamos algo. No vimos a ningún otro personal después de esto hasta que nos demos cuenta, pero nuestros cuartos fueron hechos todos los días por los cuidadores. Las habitaciones no son las más grandes, pero sin duda no están encadenadas en absoluto y absolutamente sin escena, así como están muy decoradas. También nos impresionó el baño (de nuevo, sin puntos), que tenía un paseo en la ducha de lluvia, así como una cabeza de ducha detallista, ambos muy poderosos. También se ha proporcionado un mini frigorífico y secador de pelo, así como un cone de aire muy eficaz. La televisión no tenía señal desde el avión, pero Netflix estaba disponible y se conectó listo para usar (no estoy seguro si se lo dejaba conectado por los huéspedes anteriores o los huéspedes). El único lado de este alojamiento es el ruido de la carretera exterior, ya que se encuentra en la carretera principal hacia la estación de autobuses y puerto de Riva y es muy ocupado a cualquier hora del día y de la noche. Infortunadamente, incluso con las ventanas cerradas, todavía era muy alto, pero en equidad a Central Pearl proporcionaron a ambos para usar ampollas de oreja que eran muy eficaces en bloquear el ruido fuera, así que aún dormimos bien. PPikachuuuuuuLa habitación no tiene vistas al mar. No es como un hotel, más como una villa, la seguridad de éste no es muy alta, ya que tiene 2 entradas. La entrada de la piscina, cualquiera puede acceder a ella sin problemas. La piscina era bastante sucia, tiene muchos bugs flotando, y también no ha sido limpiada regularmente por el personal. Tiene muchos restaurantes cerca, y la calidad y el precio son mejores que los platos turísticos de la antigua ciudad. El ascensor se rompió el primer día, el segundo día nos informaron que está fijado, pero todavía tiene un poco de descenso de problemas. Creo que Croacia no tiene reglamentación sobre el control de ascensores a plazo fijo, ya que no tiene ningún certificado en el ascensor dentro/exterior. Si el hotel muestra 3 estrellas y el precio es más bajo, yo cotizaré. El lado derecho del balcón tiene un campo de tenis grande en el nivel 2nd-floor, es muy cerca, y es bastante molesto que las personas puedan ver fácilmente. La suite no vale 4 estrellas. El bloqueo de la puerta delantera está aparentemente nuevo, es seguro, pero alguna instalación de electricidad no se ha instalado correctamente, parece que se puede sacar fácilmente. La caja de seguridad eléctrica no funciona con la contraseña, el hotel dejó una llave para su uso. El desayuno es bien gestionado para los huéspedes con una excursión temprana, pueden organizar la caja de desayunos incluyendo 1 fruta, 3 panes y 1 yogur en las 6:00 a las 7:00.

No obstante, hay algunas cosas que debemos saber antes de reservar: El hotel está en el distrito histórico a 5 minutos a pie al oeste de la zona Prominade. UUsuario invitadoI regret to have selected this hotel during my stay in Split. Stay away of it. 🙁 The hotel room was just Ok, but the overall hotel place was not. The pictures of the hotel in this and other booking sites are not showing the real situation of the place. It rests in the upper floors of a sort of abandoned section of a commercial building. The elevators, corridors, lights, are all in very bad state, bad looking, stains all over the old worn carpet, dirty walls. After taking an elevator with a button panel patched with silver tapes and scratched glass panels, you see damaged walls, debris all the way to the reception, which is just a desk in an empty hall. The security of the hotel is an issue as the door of rooms can't be locked from inside. The magnetic card that opens the doors also opens the glass sliding door to the street that remains open whenever a guest opens it and the sensors detect someone walking on the street - as there is a discotheque in the same building, the waiting line to enter the disco reaches the street door and it keeps open as there is always someone standing in front. The noise of the disco is another issue as it is loud and it persists along the whole night till 4am. The parking facility offered to me by the hotel was a single-car garage of someone's house 900m away, and they charged 40EUR for 2 days, what is the same you pay to leave the car overnight in the 2 closer Public parking lots in 2 nights. The sites advertise it as a 4-Star Hotel - this is obviously not overrated – maximum worthy a 1 or 2-star rate. it cannot even be classified as a B&B as there is not breakfast, and they had none to recommend nearby. I have anticipated my checkout in one night and found somewhere else to stay in Split at least to be able to sleep well, and despite they recognize the problems listed above, the hotel manager refused to refund me for this last night and the garage that I did not get to use. They charged the full stay upfront on check in (now I understand why), and then to refuse refund was easier as I had already paid for all nights.
