I recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Los Angeles and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The hotel itself is very new and beautifully designed, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. I’ve stayed in hotels that cost significantly more—sometimes 800 to 900 dollars a night—and yet this one exceeds them all in both quality and value. It truly is the best hotel of its kind, bar none. I especially want to mention Lila at the front desk. She was kind enough to upgrade my room, and her helpful nature made me feel so welcome. Throughout my stay, housekeeping was excellent—my room was always spotless and well-stocked. Whenever I asked for extra items like a microwave or an iron, the staff brought them to my room right away and made sure I had everything I needed. The only minor hiccup was with the mini-bar: I removed a few drinks to make space for my own water, and the next day I noticed a charge for using the mini-bar. However, once I let the staff know, they immediately assured me there would be no charge. Overall, Conrad Los Angeles stands out for its beautiful facilities, attentive service, and superb value. I highly recommend it, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you again to Lila and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

Fue genial. La recepción fue muy acogedora y nos preparó nueces, chocolates y cupones de bebidas. Habitación con cama King, frente al letrero de Hollywood. Hay una mininevera, hervidor de agua y máquina de cápsulas de café Nescafé en la habitación, lo cual es una sorpresa. Debe saber que la mayoría de los hoteles ahora no proporcionan hervidores ni nada más que agua. Los artículos de tocador también son de marcas famosas, ¡estoy realmente satisfecho! Comparado con el Viceory Santa Monica Beach Hotel en el que me alojé hoy, es infinitamente mejor y el precio es mejor. Aunque todavía no es mi turno de reseñar Viceory, debo decir que es caro, pero el servicio y la calidad brindados son realmente terribles. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Si no pudiera darle una estrella, no la daría. Porque, a excepción de las bicicletas gratis, no hay nada que puedas pedir por más de ¥4000 por noche es una gran pérdida.

Después de más de dos meses de comentarios, hace poco se han escrito muchas cosas y finalmente se ha escrito seriamente. Here's why we gave the experience 3 stars; First of all, when we booked the hotel, neither Trip.com nor The Aster, Los Angeles, mentioned anything about the rooftop being closed on the dates we booked. On May 13 and May 14, we stayed in room 3 0 6. The hotel pictures showed and bragged about having a rooftop and plenty of pics of people there, and nowhere was revealed anywhere on their website or Trip.com that would not be available on those dates. When we reached out to Trip.com, they pretty much said that the rooftop amenities weren't listed as part of our package. Really Trip.com? You have to list the rooftop as the amenity... Got it. That was so lame a response. Everyone knows people book due to the pictures, and this was a seriously lame response from the Trip.com customer support personnel. We decided to save our opinion for this review. The Aster had nice people, but it's hard to believe the availability missing on their website is a detail they would miss. Their hotel has impeccable detail and design. One can only surmise they conveniently left out the information because people would obviously not book there and go somewhere else. I told the front receptionist this as we were checking in. She mentioned, well, it said it on *******. But we didn't book through *******, we booked through Trip.com. And those specific details were not evident. After July 1st the Government is getting stricter on transparency with hotels having to mention things so we missed this window, but we're happy to hold hotels like The Aster accountable:-) Also, on Wednesday, we checked out, and they had a fire alarm drill test that lasted about 10 minutes. They forgot to mention another minor ”inconvenience” when we booked on their website. It was at 10 am. It wasn't so bad, but to state the obvious, they left out the ability for customers to decide by not making that information transparent during the booking process. It's not like the fire department or tech people didn't schedule that in advance. 1. If you book through Trip.com, please make sure you specify, call their customer support, and get it in writing. The clickbait and pictures seem shady and sketchy and reflect a lack of credibility in the process. 2. Trip.com asked which room we wanted to be in. When we picked the room, we picked the city-view balcony. But we got put in the poolside view instead. It wasn't bad, but that was missing in the booking details that Trip.com sent to The Aster. My fiance ended up being okay with the poolside view, but it should have been in the booking details via Trip.com. So please, please make sure you watch this if you book through them and call the hotel in advance. Lastly, the decor, valet, and, in general, the service people were very nice and thoughtful. We would give them 5 stars.

I feel a little bad leaving this review. I normally only book at places that are rated by guests as 4+ stars. The good: - the service desk people were lovely, prompt, and very helpful. - the daily breakfast was good - you get to make your own waffles! And the peach yoghurt! There are 3 kinds of cereals, 2 bread, bagel, muffin, fruit; there are scrambled (ish) eggs daily and either sausages or hash or bacon as the other hot option. Tea, coffee, apple and orange juice. - the bed itself was pretty comfy The bad: - the pillows were lumpy. I have never felt such lumpy pillows in my life. - the room smelled - I am unsure what of, but it was acrid/musty/ something - reminded me a bit of carpet cleaning solution maybe?? - the air conditioning turns itself auto on/off, there is no continuous air option (or maybe the button is broken?) - this meant I was oscillating between too hot and cool enough when I was sleeping, woke up sweating a few times The unsure: - didn't try the pool.

位置很好 在西荷里活大街上 唯一就是低樓層臨街會有點吵 最開始住2樓 當天是週五週六 樓下有party很吵鬧，後來幫換到了高樓層，餐廳食物很新鮮也很好吃，整體體驗還不錯

非常好，來過三次了，安靜的角落，上下兩層樓，中間有游泳池，可以洗衣服，是一對印度夫妻開的，期間刷卡付寵物費25元有點誤會，因為對方沒收到，我這裏的卡又顯示預付款，後來打電話給銀行問後銀行也説不是卡的問題，最後衹好換了卡付款。在洛杉磯華人區住店價格都差不多，所以最好選擇位置好，睡眠不吵，退房晚的酒店，價格都大同小異。

The location is good if you’re traveling with a car, and parking is convenient and easy to access. Self‑parking costs USD 50 per day. Some may find the parking fee expensive, but for stays of up to a month, it offers good value as the monthly parking rate is USD 300. Room cleanliness was acceptable, though the mattress was quite soft. Overall, I would say the hotel offers good value for money. It’s especially suitable for family travel, as the room is equipped with a washer and dryer, which is very convenient for longer stays.
