It’s my first time in Zanzibar, I spent two nights at this hotel and a night in another hotel, all I can say is that this hotel is wonderful, rooms are clean, food is nice and above all the staffs are lovely, very friendly and helpful, I’ve been to many hotels in different countries but I can give a high thumb for the staffs of Toa hotel, The General Manager, Lucas that received me upon arrival and the best of all The Front Desk Manager ESTHER, thanks a lot for the hibiscus Juice the day I arrived and the last cup you gave me before I leave, you never knew but it’s my best and I’ll come back for it again in sha Allah. You gave me free wine lucky I don’t drink alcohol I had to return it back to you, thank you so much and I’ll recommend thousands to use your hotel if I have to and I’m sure you’ll never let them down. Tolles Hotel mit herzlichem Service! Das Zimmer war sauber, groß und komfortabel, das Frühstück hervorragend. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!

The service was great, and everyone was incredibly nice and respectful. For the most part, the location was nice. It is far from most things, so it is expensive to get picked up and brought places unless you book a tour, and it's free pickup and dropoff, which I recommend. Overall, I recommend this hotel; the private beach was so nice and relaxing. 

根本沒有海灘，去海灘還要坐酒店的船過去，那一排的酒店，這個最貴，但是真的很一般，去浮潛20美金，還有去一個島，我們去了一天下雨了沒有去成整個住宿體驗感很差呀，但是泳池非常好，外面根本找不到吃飯的地方，酒店晚餐是自費，都是西餐，還可以
