Mi estancia en El Nido Resorts Lagen Island fue extraordinaria. La calidez y la hospitalidad genuina del personal fueron excepcionales; Siempre llevaban una sonrisa e hicieron todo lo posible para garantizar una experiencia memorable. Desde ayudarme con las reservas del ferry hasta sorprenderme en mi cumpleaños con una cama bellamente decorada y un delicioso pastel, su atención fue realmente conmovedora. Un agradecimiento especial a Carell, Jojo, Harnie, John y Arvin por su excelente apoyo. El ambiente feliz del resort al llegar marca la pauta y usted se marcha con una sonrisa, deseando más. Los recorridos complementarios, perfectamente integrados en el paquete, fueron excepcionales gracias a los guías comprensivos, creando una experiencia privada y oportuna. Optar por el bungalow sobre el agua fue una experiencia única y encantadora, que se suma al paraíso que es la isla El Nido Lagen. Las comidas estilo buffet que se ofrecían tres veces al día eran una delicia culinaria. Recomiendo de todo corazón El Nido Resorts Lagen Island para una escapada inolvidable y muy recomendable. ¡Gracias por una estancia excepcional!

Un lugar muy romántico, perfecto para parejas. Por la noche, el ambiente del lugar es increíble, ¡incluso puedes tumbarte en una tumbona y observar las estrellas! ✨ La tienda de campaña tiene aire acondicionado, una nevera pequeña y todo lo necesario. El baño y la ducha del camping están fuera, lo cual es un poco incómodo pero normal. En general, estamos muy satisfechos.

My husband and I celebrated our second year anniversary at Cauayan. We considered other resorts but we have definitely made the right choice. The island is just breathtaking! We were greeted with a warm welcome by the hotel staff and were escorted to our beautiful villa. My husband arranged a private tour of El Nido islands, where we ended up visiting about 7 spots with our guide even acting as our photographer (he took fantastic photos and videos too). In terms of food, the buffet breakfast offered a wide array of food selection. For lunch / dinner, we enjoyed all that we ordered (though some are really very spicy, so take note). The bar staff can concoct amazing drinks as per your mood & whim. I particularly enjoyed the spa and wished I booked a much longer massage. Our stay at the island became so much more meaningful when we witnessed hawksbill sea turtles being released to the ocean….As amazing as all these are, the best part of our stay in Cauayan is the friendly and customer focused staff. They prioritize the customers’ needs, always have a smile on their faces and have just made our stay in El Nido a memorable one. Thank you Cauayan and we will surely return for another amazing experience at your island!

Si quieres alejarte de la ciudad y buscar fuentes extraterrestres, aquí es la mejor opción  Servicio de director de todo el viaje, cualquier petición de respuesta secundaria al hotel es muy nueva y las instalaciones son excelentes. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia en Huni Lio. Todo el personal es atento y siempre está dispuesto a ayudarte con todas tus necesidades. El personal es amable y ofrece un servicio excepcional. Excelentes instalaciones, piscina impecable y playa frente al mar para ver la puesta de sol. Nos encanta el desayuno, con un menú diferente cada día; recomendamos encarecidamente sus bebidas y pizzas durante la hora feliz. Si buscas un alojamiento tranquilo, este es el lugar ideal. No necesitas ir al pueblo, ya que tienen un pueblo encantador con excelentes restaurantes, cafeterías y tiendas cerca. El pueblo de El Nido está a unos 15 minutos en triciclo, que cuesta 300 pesos al día. Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar y, si alguna vez vuelvo a El Nido, ¡me alojaré aquí de nuevo!

From the moment we left the port, our Matinloc experience already felt special. The boat ride was smooth, and the boatmen immediately assisted us with our luggage. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Jam from FO/Reservations, who gave us a friendly tour and clear briefing. Even before the trip, Reservations Manager Ms. Jeannette had already been very responsive to my emails, making the planning stress-free. Our VIP villa, perched on a cliff, offered an astounding view that raised the standard of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the generous souvenirs and hygiene kits provided. The staff were consistently attentive and polite special thanks to FO Supervisor Ms. Jhona and their Korean General Manager for adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highlights of our stay included the refreshing fresh fruit shakes, fun water activities, the amazing walking path lined with century-old trees, and of course, the delicious food (their pizza was a standout). The WiFi was surprisingly fast..even powered by Starlink at the port. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of staff recommending where to get beers in town since they don’t sell alcohol on-site. Matinloc truly combines paradise-like views with genuine hospitality. Maraming salamat to the whole team for making this my best El Nido stay so far.. I would gladly return a hundred times over.

The property is small and although not right in the beach it is only. ashore walk through the garden and past a few bungalows to the beach. Not sealt a swimable beach, a bit muddy during low tide. The staff were friendly enough but the toilet continues to have problems with flushing so I assume that either the sceptic tank has not been cleaned out for a long time or there is a plumbing problem, either way we solved the problem by putting sufficient water in the plast ic trash can and would use this to flush through after a big message, all in all not nice when staying two nights, and seeing that management did not do anything about this ( as reported in an earlier review). The bar busy the beach is uninspir8ng, no wonder all guests go nextdoor for happy hour drinks! Suggest to take the pool away and put a nice bar area so guest can enjoy sunset with a great bartender and incredible service then you could be way ahead. The owner manager should sit there every day and talk to guests to find out why guests don’t sit there and fix the problem, not rocket science. Breakfast service team and garden pool bar team zaling a good job.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und ruhig. Das Zimmer bietet genügend Platz, ca. 25m2. Eine schreckliche ”Aussicht” vom Fenster an eine Wand vom Waschraum/ Personalraum ist einfach nur schlimm. Das Badezimmer ist leider extrem klein und bietet keine Ablagefläche für ein Necessaire oder Waschutensilien. Es befindet sich ein sauberer und schöner Pool auf dem Dach. Von dort aus hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Das Frühstück ist dem hohen Preis der Zimmer keinesfalls angemessen. Es hat praktisch keine Früchteauswahl, die ”Säfte” sind ein Chemie-Mist und kaum geniessbar. Kein Joghurt, kein Käse, kein frisch gemahlener Kaffee (welchen man erwarten dürfte bei diesen Preisen), kein Bratspeck, kein richtiges Brot nur den üblichen Toast-Quatsch.

Отель просто шикарный. Идеальный вид из номера, особенно приятно было завтракать с видом на пляж. В номере чисто, вкусно пахло белье. Очень приветливый персонал. Пляж почти пустой в минуте ходьбы. Идеальное место для уединения.
