This is the best Ritz-Carlton we have ever visited! The hotel is very new, and the valet parking service was wonderful. The check-in process was very smooth, and our room featured a stunning Japanese design touch, making it truly exceptional. While the gym is a bit small, it has everything you need for a great workout. The location is prime, and we were pleased to find that a late check-out was available. Overall, our experience was fantastic!

Early check in was not possible but the room is spacious. The amenities in the room are great with a tea set, ironing board, shoe shine and spray that’s great for business travellers. The breakfast was a decent spread with a few nice ones like the Tonkotsu, soba. The onsen was also a highlight, the facilities are great with sauna and multiple shower corners for many people. The location is excellent, just next to the Hakata train station and there are a few pharmacy and convenience stores nearby. The overall ambient of the hotel is nice, clean, and peaceful.

La estación de Hakata está a unos 10 minutos a pie y Canal City está muy cerca. La ubicación era estupenda, ya que estaba cerca de la estación de tren Tenjin Minami. No hace falta decir que las aguas termales fueron las mejores. ¡El helado que comes después de tomar unas aguas termales por la noche y el yogur que bebes después de tomar unas aguas termales por la mañana también son geniales! También disfruté mucho el ramen con salsa de soja gratis. El desayuno también era bueno! ¡Era un lugar donde no faltaba nada!

The hotel is directly connected to Canal City Hakata, which makes it extremely convenient for shopping, dining and walking around Fukuoka. The location is excellent, especially for tourists who want everything nearby without needing to travel too far. The room was clean, spacious and well maintained, with a very comfortable bed and a relaxing atmosphere after a long day out. Service from the hotel staff was professional, polite and attentive throughout the stay. Check in and check out were smooth, and the overall hospitality felt premium. Overall, Grand Hyatt Fukuoka gave us a very pleasant 5 star hotel experience. Great location, comfortable room and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Fukuoka.

We booked 2 nights double rooms with breakfast. The location is walking distance about 8 minutes from Hakata station. On easy flat walk and many convenient stores nearby. There are some eateries nearby if you do not want to walk to Hakata station. Staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast is highly commendable as has a good spread of Japanese food and western food. Salad and fruits are fresh. Plenty varieties. My family enjoyed their breakfast very much. The hotel has self service laundromat at affordable price. I definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

マリンワールド海の中道に訪れた際に宿泊しました。 電車とバスで20分程度で行くことができるので、比較的近いと思います。 周りには商業施設もあるので、夕食には困らないと思います。 ホテル宿泊で頂けるクーポンが使える店舗は、閉まるのが早かったです。 大浴場は温泉ではないですが、快適に過ごせました。

It is a very standard capsule with a great location and helpful staff. The capsule is very roomy and clean. You will hear noises from your neighbors so bring earplugs. You will receive a pajama set, bath towel and hand towel, and a pair of slippers in a bag

Me gusta el servicio y el desayuno. Sin embargo, el baño en la habitación es estrecho y las instalaciones están envejecidas. Si se abre la ventana de la habitación, no se abre. Lo forcé a abrirla, pero es difícil. Otros están generalmente satisfechos.

El hotel es muy grande, el calor está en el segundo piso, hay piscina al aire libre y piscina interior, el casino es muy grande. El hotel está en el mar, la ventana de la habitación está en la dirección del mar, el paisaje es de primera clase, puede ir a pie y nadar en el mar. La piscina del hotel está abierta sólo cada tarde. Sólo llegamos al hotel a las 6:00 p.m. y se retiraron a las 10:00 el día siguiente, por lo que no pudimos nadar. La comida de desayuno es rica! Tenemos dos niños (3 años y 8 años), 3 años gratis y 8 años pagarán 8000 yenes (incluyendo la cena de desayuno y la alojamiento). La habitación no tiene agua, pero prepara una gota de agua helada. La habitación no tiene jaula, tiene que ir al grano de lavandería. El hotel tiene lavadora y secador, y se hace 200 días cada vez.
