I recently stayed at Forte Kochi in India and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is set in a beautiful location, with a private courtyard pool that adds to the serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. With plenty to do nearby, we truly enjoyed our time and would gladly return.

RKRajVivanta Ernakulam is a beautiful hotel set in natural surroundings right near the sea. The sea view from the room is absolutely stunning, especially in the evening. The staff are highly professional and experienced. Compared to other hotels, everything here is much faster—whether it’s room service, check-in, or check-out. The laundry attendant, Raj, even reminded me about the collection timings when I had completely forgotten to ask. The food is delicious with an excellent variety of options. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel. It’s a perfect place to enjoy Kerala’s natural beauty ***** with lovely city views.

Had a very pleasant stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kochi Infopark. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and good lighting. The amenities were excellent — especially the pool, gym, and overall ambiance of the property.
The staff were courteous and responsive, making the check-in and stay smooth. Food was quite good with a decent spread, though there’s slight room for improvement in variety.
Location is perfect if you have work around Infopark, with easy access and minimal traffic hassle.
Overall, a great option for both business and family stays. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

This hotel should be completely renovated. We thought the Abad Atrium would be the same as the Abad Plaza, which is right in front. Both are the ”Abad” hotel. The first room we got had a really bad smell in the bathroom, with appeared dirty, but may have been old rust/stain. We got moved to another room, where the toilet flush didn't work, and the sink didn't drain properly. Finally, we asked to be moved to the Abad Plaza hotel, right in front of the Atrium, which they did (after some resistance). The Plaza is excellent, clean, everything works. The staff is very nice in both places, but this Abad Atrium hotel, please avoid it.

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

The hotel looks very quaint with lots of heritage. It has a resort feel with gorgeous yellow coloured umbrellas and sunbed at the pool area. Good breakfast spread. What could be improved: the rooms and bed are quite old, an upgrade would be timely! In the toiler, u will need to shower in the bath tub not too friendly for elderly. But the staff are very friendly and food is good.

They couldn’t find my booking, so i was stranded at the hotel lobby for few hours before i offered to pay again for my room only then they provided me with a room .. that too downgraded ..
even though i showed my confirmation email and with a corresponding email to confirm my room yet to the property, neither the hotel or the helpline from trip after that could detect my booking - after checking in - i spent another few hours with trip helpline to get the room i deserve - but trip reasoning was the booking was done through a chinese agent and they couldn’t get through .. so i wasted another few hours .. still i did not get my deserved room ..
i was thrown into a deep end corner room
with a terrible sound pollution.. i was here with an elderly who was terminal .. so it was a total nightmare .. nor the hotel staff or trip were helpful ..
