Our stay at Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty was truly the highlight of our Kerala trip. We stayed in the 2-bedroom villa and every part of the experience exceeded our expectations. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff were warm, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. You can genuinely feel the care and attention they give to their guests. The villa itself was spacious, luxurious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The ambience, cleanliness, facilities, and beautiful waterfront views made our stay incredibly relaxing and worthwhile. After travelling across several places in Kerala, this was the one stay that truly felt worth every penny. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable. We would definitely love to return again in the future.

Un Marriott es un Marriott. Salvo por algunos inconvenientes menores. El primer día, solo había una bata en la habitación, a pesar de ser doble. El segundo día, la bata desapareció. El menú del minibar es una cosa, pero otro producto completamente distinto tiene una selección mucho menor de la que se indica. Por lo demás, todo bien. Es un hotel elegante, con desayunos normales. Tiene una bonita piscina con gimnasio. El restaurante está abierto las 24 horas, lo cual es muy práctico. El personal es muy amable y profesional. La próxima vez que vaya a Kočani, me alojaré aquí.

I recently stayed at Forte Kochi in India and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is set in a beautiful location, with a private courtyard pool that adds to the serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. With plenty to do nearby, we truly enjoyed our time and would gladly return.

We stayed here twice for closeness to the airport. The first time in a suite, which was very large and had plenty of room for the 3 of us, they made a bed up for our son. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Airport shuttle always available. The beds were really comfortable Food was good. Pool was large and good to refresh in. Overall definitely a good place to stay for Kochi airport. Only negative which wasnt really to bad, was the room could of been alittle more cleaner, but it really wasn't a problem.

SAJ resort is an excellent hotel right next to the airport if you wanna dive head first into the essence of Kerala. Even though not as fancy as the Taj or the Marriot, it still provides a five star experience while being designed in such a beautiful way that you feel like you are in a quiet village and not a resort. The rooms that wrap around the large pool is so calming and not even once during my stay was I disturbed by the airport which is right next door. The staff are very professional and will help you in any way they can. They also take suggestions and requests at heart. The high tea that is provided every evening from 4-5 is exceptional. Overall, I am very happy with my stay there and would definitely be back.

The hotel is located near Kochi Airport, about a 5-10 minute walk from the airport. The hotel has 24-hour security and staff. From the entrance to the restaurant, the service staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The hotel signage is clearly marked, parking is very convenient, there's a pharmacy next door, and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet. The room was generally clean and spacious, but there was no hairdryer, and the shower gel and shampoo looked used and a bit dirty, making us hesitant to use them. Furthermore, the hotel included airport transfer in the booking, but we received no response despite repeated inquiries on the day of check-in. So, although we filled out the form, this service was not offered. On the day of arrival at the airport, we used Uber to get to the hotel. If the hotel does not offer this service, please do not make the form available; it will cause inconvenience!

We stayed at Radisson Blu, Ernakulam as part of an event conducted at the hotel itself. We had booked two rooms—one for triple occupancy and another for double. Both rooms were neat and clean; the triple occupancy room was quite spacious, while the double room was of average size. The bathrooms were well-maintained and came with bathtubs. The event hall booking and overall arrangements were handled by Ms. Sajila, who deserves special mention for her vibrant and dynamic personality. She was extremely friendly and ensured that every arrangement was executed flawlessly. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight—delicious with a wide spread that was hard to count! the base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded. breakfast options were very limited. the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.
