Un Marriott es un Marriott.
Salvo por algunos inconvenientes menores. El primer día, solo había una bata en la habitación, a pesar de ser doble. El segundo día, la bata desapareció.
El menú del minibar es una cosa, pero otro producto completamente distinto tiene una selección mucho menor de la que se indica. Por lo demás, todo bien. Es un hotel elegante, con desayunos normales. Tiene una bonita piscina con gimnasio. El restaurante está abierto las 24 horas, lo cual es muy práctico. El personal es muy amable y profesional. La próxima vez que vaya a Kočani, me alojaré aquí.

SAJ resort is an excellent hotel right next to the airport if you wanna dive head first into the essence of Kerala.
Even though not as fancy as the Taj or the Marriot, it still provides a five star experience while being designed in such a beautiful way that you feel like you are in a quiet village and not a resort.
The rooms that wrap around the large pool is so calming and not even once during my stay was I disturbed by the airport which is right next door.
The staff are very professional and will help you in any way they can. They also take suggestions and requests at heart.
The high tea that is provided every evening from 4-5 is exceptional.
Overall, I am very happy with my stay there and would definitely be back.

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

The hotel is located near Kochi Airport, about a 5-10 minute walk from the airport.
The hotel has 24-hour security and staff. From the entrance to the restaurant, the service staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The hotel signage is clearly marked, parking is very convenient, there's a pharmacy next door, and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet.
The room was generally clean and spacious, but there was no hairdryer, and the shower gel and shampoo looked used and a bit dirty, making us hesitant to use them.
Furthermore, the hotel included airport transfer in the booking, but we received no response despite repeated inquiries on the day of check-in. So, although we filled out the form, this service was not offered. On the day of arrival at the airport, we used Uber to get to the hotel. If the hotel does not offer this service, please do not make the form available; it will cause inconvenience!

the base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded.
breakfast options were very limited.
the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.

They couldn’t find my booking, so i was stranded at the hotel lobby for few hours before i offered to pay again for my room only then they provided me with a room .. that too downgraded ..
even though i showed my confirmation email and with a corresponding email to confirm my room yet to the property, neither the hotel or the helpline from trip after that could detect my booking - after checking in - i spent another few hours with trip helpline to get the room i deserve - but trip reasoning was the booking was done through a chinese agent and they couldn’t get through .. so i wasted another few hours .. still i did not get my deserved room ..
i was thrown into a deep end corner room
with a terrible sound pollution.. i was here with an elderly who was terminal .. so it was a total nightmare .. nor the hotel staff or trip were helpful ..
