Este es un hotel muy bonito en casa. Es muy nuevo y bien diseñado. Hay una pequeña piscina en el techo que ofrece una gran vista a la playa mientras se está decollando. Hay un ascensor para aquellos de nosotros que no pueden manejar escaleras como podríamos una vez. Location was nice and the view is great. But all the amenities are run down. We opted for a massage which was done in a room with mosquitoes and asked for a mousquito repelent and bever came until massage finished. Wouldnt recommend the massage at all as the massage was not great either. Would say it was overpriced for a property withbare minimum amenities.

The toilets had some holes in them and we saw some insects. Hope the hotel reads this review.

The staff and management team are the best I have personally encountered this far , must stay , and very well recommended Stay. My family and I were very comfortable and had an excellent Stay. Further the view from our room was sublime. Thank you Team. Looking forward to our next Stay.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The interior of the rooms are quite intriguing with antique design and comfortable bed and enough space to play around with kids. Most suitable for family stay. The architecture of the whole place is impressive and all the detailing on the decorations, even the bookshelf, bed, lamps, vase. All of them are so good that i wanted to ask them where they bought all the decoratives from. The pool was pretty clean. But wished there were swim rings for kids as well. And also there isn't any parking space inside the compound but the vehicles can be parked outside where they've made space. Well behaved and friendly staffs there wasn't anything to complain about.

First off, the booking was done for alleppey ride but they sent us kumarakkom location for boarding where there is not a lot of sites to visit. Ride time mentioned by them is 4 hours in the day and 1 hour the next morning but they took us 3 hours and 30 minutes in total. The food served is not the same as what is mentioned in the menu for evening snacks, dinner and breakfast. The on-call service was good. Service boys were polite.
