I stayed at a newly opened hotel that was very clean and well-conceptualized. The air conditioning was cold and effective, and the staff were exceptionally friendly — the welcome drink was amazing. The indoor pool in the building’s center is nice. Breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty dishes. My only downside was noise transfer between rooms and from outside; while full soundproofing may be impossible, the level of sound was fairly high and noticeably clear. Overall, excellent service, cleanliness, and food — they should improve sound insulation for a quieter stay.

Honest review.. stay with the expectation of a 5-star hotel, but the experience is not comparable to the price. The lobby and check-in process are quite good, the welcome drink is refreshing, and the concierge helpfully carried the luggage. Basement parking is also relatively easy. Unfortunately, many important details reduce comfort. The door of the room does not have a stopper so it is often slammed loud and noisy. Soundproofing was not good, the sound from the next room was still heard. The room size is relatively small for the standard 5-star, and there is no minibar at all, even a paid one. For mineral water, use plastic bottles, not the premium ones with glass bottles. The lighting system was confusing and the bathroom lighting was too dim. There are 4 elevators but it is very slow.. there is often a buildup of guests. The pool area is also less well-organized such as having no concept and not weather-friendly because there is no shaded area. It's ridiculous, having to pay an extra 200rb for access to the whirlpool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was a disappointment: the menu options were less varied, the taste was standard, and the service was less warm (officers lacked smiles). Overall, I wouldn't really mind these things if the room price wasn't this muc, but with a rate above Rp 2 million per night, this experience is less worth it. Compared to 5-star hotels in Jogja and its surroundings, it is still quite far behind.

My kids and wife really love this hotel. Since arrival up till check out we had really great time. Complete facilities for kids, nice foods, great servives from all staffs also wonderful ambience this hotel has it all. Great job adhiwangsa hotel...we'll surely comeback next time.

Hoteles en Kasih Ibu: Este hotel es un hotel muy agradable. Situado en una zona muy estratégica. Sólo a pocos minutos a pie de la estación de autobuses de RS Kasih Ibu si quieres caminar por la ciudad comprar su sistema de autobuses. La habitación es limpia, pero nos quedamos roto nuestro secador de pelo.

Buen hotel y comparten todas las instalaciones con hotel Novotel al lado. Pero la recepción un poco confuso acerca de explicar dónde ir al gimnasio. El cuarto es amplio, el ventilador de escape en el baño muy bien, por lo que no más piso húmedo. Para la comida en la habitación, las nueces y crepas fueron buenas, pero el tom yum un poco bajo la expectativa.

The hotel is in best location. requested smoking room but i found the room was without an active exhaust, so the smell stay still. Bfast was average.

This is always my first choice for me whenever I travel to solo. I love the cleanliness and fast check in process. However the parking space is very limited but they have extra space across the road right in front of the hotel.

Sangat puas menginap di sini selama 2 malam. Pelayanan staf 10/10, sangat responsif. Kamar punya pemandangan kota yang cantik, koneksi Wi-Fi stabil (penting buat yang sambil kerja), dan tekanan air di shower-nya mantap. Untuk harga segini, fasilitas yang didapat sangat premium. Sangat direkomendasikan!

Old hotel but everything is so great. Walking distance to the Mangkunegaran palace if there is any event there.
