Si buscas un alojamiento tranquilo, ¡esta es la mejor opción! Si tu idea de vacaciones es tener solo una actividad al día y descansar tranquilamente, este es un lugar excelente.

Good hotel for family with kids because there were nonstop events until post 10pm so it’s quite loud and noisy. The bed was not very comfortable-it’s too soft and squeaky and not giving much support for my back. The breakfast was great, very delicious and healthy and all the fruits were super fresh and sweet and juicy.

Nice hotel to start and return from your bike ride. Meal was delicious considering most people were on half board. Great breakfast and even better dinner. Bigger tables for the group of friends would be nice and juice dispensers should be reconsidered - too many people waiting..

The hotel was very clean and had good facilities. The staff was quite friendly. It is a good family hotel but I cannot recommend for a group of friends.

Está bien, la cena es buena, es la ubicación muy remota, y muchas atracciones están muy lejos. Más que si se toma un autobús de tres horas y media en el mar de la Mancha, si se puede considerar autocar, hay muchos tipos de comida.

A partir de junio de 2025, el hotel está en muy buenas condiciones. Este hotel es de calidad superior a la media, aunque no de lujo. Las acabadas, diseños, habitaciones y mantenimiento son más altas/mejores que las habituales. Las zonas de piscina/pathways son inofensivas. La zona de la ciudad de Mallorca es un buen momento para llegar a Mallorca, ya que ya es muy caliente y caliente para atrapar la piscina y la playa, pero no lo suficientemente caliente para caminar. La habitación está muy cerca de la habitación, pero la habitación está muy cerca de la habitación. La playa es una caminata 3-minute de la puerta de salida lateral, atravesando la calle principal. Sin embargo, aunque no tuvimos problemas para encontrar un espacio, no quiero estar allí en julio/agosto, ya que hay alrededor de 100 pies de agua a la espalda y apuesto que será más difícil encontrar un espacio con una multitud. El hotel está situado en la calle principal con una gran cantidad de comida y las típicas tiendas ”todo” a poca distancia. La tarifa era también superior a la media, pero hay muchas razones por las que es justo.

I'm a solo traveller, but booked a double room. It was super cheap in early May, so it made sense to me. The bedroom was quite spacious. And had a built in wardrobe with safe, a desk, balcony and separate shower room/toilet. There was a small fridge which helped keep my water cool. The tap water tasted chemically and research says it's best to drink bottled water. Aldi is 5 minutes walk away and the water was very cheap. I didn't check the facilities of the hotel, so I can't comment, but everywhere I went was clean and presentable. I did have dinner one evening, which was a lot of different Euro foods. It was pretty good quality, but I would have eaten elsewhere if it wasn't raining. I think it changes daily. You're five minutes walk away from the beach. You can just about see the sea from the hotel. I was only on floor #2 so it might be better higher up. Can Picafort is around 90 minutes from the airport and Palma by bus. It was filled with cyclists, despite not having many dedicated cycle lanes. The beach is nice with decent places to eat. Many of the guests were German. Not a bad thing, but I didn't hear many fellow Brits to have a conversation with. The staff spoke great English though and were very helpful.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Iberostar Waves Alcudia Park! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with great facilities, a fantastic location, and a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel relaxed right away. There were also plenty of activities for both kids and adults during the day, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kids loved the fun and engaging programs, while we appreciated the variety of options available for adults as well – there was always something to do, whether you wanted to stay active or just relax and enjoy the atmosphere. A very special thank you to Yane at reception, who truly made our experience unforgettable. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude stood out from the start. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. We were also incredibly touched by the surprise arranged for my birthday – it was such a thoughtful gesture and made the celebration even more special. It’s these little details that make a big difference and turn a great holiday into an amazing one. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable experience. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for four nights as a group of six people in three rooms. There were some good points: many staff members were friendly, the hotel is very close to the beach, and the restaurant offered a good variety of food. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bath towel in the room was extremely dirty, and I only noticed it after using it. The chair in the room was also full of small hairs, and the lid of the kettle had mould on it. There were also several service and follow-up problems. The safe in the room was not working and was never fixed. We selected the green cleaning policy, which should include free minibar service, but the minibar was never provided or refilled during our stay. We reported this to the front desk four times, but nothing was resolved. Communication also needs improvement. I booked a spa treatment through the app, but when I arrived, I was told it was only a “request” and not a confirmed appointment. In addition, when I called the front desk, my call was cut off before I finished speaking, and this happened twice. Finally, although we booked full board, no drinks were included at dinner, and even still water had to be paid for separately. This was not clearly explained. Overall, the location, food variety and some staff were good, but the repeated cleanliness, maintenance and service issues made the stay fall below expectations.de

Excelente ubicación,  Teníamos habitacion en la planta 5 ( 522) con vistas espectaculares a la sierra  y el mar. El desayuno con gran variedad de todo tipo de fruta, embutidos, huevos en todas su variedades de preparación. Productos típicos de Mallorca y los dulces. No sabes que elegir😆. El personal muy amable. Nos encantó. A 2 min de la maravillosa playa del Muro . Un acierto absoluto.
