The hotel was very clean and had good facilities. The staff was quite friendly. It is a good family hotel but I cannot recommend for a group of friends.

Nice hotel to start and return from your bike ride. Meal was delicious considering most people were on half board. Great breakfast and even better dinner. Bigger tables for the group of friends would be nice and juice dispensers should be reconsidered - too many people waiting..

El resort intentó pagarme dinero extra para mi estancia de niños como Trip.com no comunicaron 4 personas pero 2. El viaje me pidió que pagara y me reembolsarían, pero no confiaba en nadie y parecía demasiado bueno para ser verdad. Uno de estos dos se desvaneció y casi arruinó mi vacaciones. El hotel “dejó de verlo” y hizo que el problema se fuera, pero no sé quién estaba en la culpa. El hotel está muy bien situado, el hotel está muy bien situado, la comida es buena para el desayuno y la cena es muy cara. We had a great time at Resort & Spa. Many fresh choices at breakfast buffet, friendly waitress and easy communication. Several pools as options especially for kids and toddlers. Within 5 min walking several supermarkets, incl. ALDI. Good starting point for bicycling tours, nearby also several car rentals for private day trips. Peaceful neighbourhood for real relaxing vacation.

La zona de la ciudad de Mallorca es un buen momento para llegar a Mallorca, ya que ya es muy caliente y caliente para atrapar la piscina y la playa, pero no lo suficientemente caliente para caminar. We stayed for four nights as a group of six people in three rooms. There were some good points: many staff members were friendly, the hotel is very close to the beach, and the restaurant offered a good variety of food. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bath towel in the room was extremely dirty, and I only noticed it after using it. The chair in the room was also full of small hairs, and the lid of the kettle had mould on it. There were also several service and follow-up problems. The safe in the room was not working and was never fixed. We selected the green cleaning policy, which should include free minibar service, but the minibar was never provided or refilled during our stay. We reported this to the front desk four times, but nothing was resolved. Communication also needs improvement. I booked a spa treatment through the app, but when I arrived, I was told it was only a “request” and not a confirmed appointment. In addition, when I called the front desk, my call was cut off before I finished speaking, and this happened twice. Finally, although we booked full board, no drinks were included at dinner, and even still water had to be paid for separately. This was not clearly explained. Overall, the location, food variety and some staff were good, but the repeated cleanliness, maintenance and service issues made the stay fall below expectations.de

We stayed just 1 night as we were visiting family. Such a lovely stay, very spacious apartment & everything we needed. Lovely breakfast plenty on offer. We would definitely return & stay longer.

前台態度很好，還給了兩瓶大瓶水，本來住在荒郊野外擔心買不到水，這樣不用擔心了。房間很小但是乾淨，有個小陽台但是用不上，酒店後院就是海灘，但是當天下雨景色並不好，也不怪酒店。寄存行李也很順利，工作人員微笑服務，總體來説不錯。
