Great stay and hotel. Issue with the WiFi for over 24 hours, so the hotel gave us a room us to use WiFi in but did not move us to that room permanently so went back and forth when we needed WiFi. A little weird but only lasted a day. Location is right on the beach, away from clubs and very north so not for you if you are looking for that. Staff was great, valeted our car.

Fabulous hotel right on the beach The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It’s about 15 minutes to walk into town along the beach pathway. There’s parking for those who have a car. Unfortunately we were there when there were storms etc at the end of cyclone Alice so our weather was very poor but thankfully we were in a lovely hotel with great meals. We really wished that the sauna was working as the indoor pool was very cold so we didn’t use it. There are some great local restaurants behind the hotel.

El hotel más agradable que he estado. Elija la opción de todo incluido. La piscina es espaciosa y el ambiente del hotel es bastante frío y relajado, que realmente me gustaba. El personal es muy atento. Cannot fault our stay at Melia. The hotel is absolutely 5 star luxury and has a resort vibe as soon as you walk through the open air lobby. We stayed in a junior seaview suite which was well appointed with large bed - i did have to request a maytress topper as i found the bed too hatd but there were enough staff had no issue in providing this straight away. Amazing breakfast and well located so you can walk along the harbour into the dining and retail precinct… rooftop bar with affinity pool was very chic. Would absolutely recommend a stay at Melia Ibiza, adults only 👍

Las habitaciones son confortables y limpias, quizas un poco ruidosas. Dispone de parking (limitado). Las habitaciones con vista a la bahia, simplemente espectacular. El apartahotel tiene de todo por si deseas cocinar alli. Lo que nos decepcionó profundamente era el que el hotel no sigue el espiritu de otros hoteles del grupo axel. La animacion y la fiesta (como si hay en otros hoteles de la isla), en la piscina fue inexistente. La sauna/spa es bastante sencillo. Está a 40 min andando de cafe del mar, por lo que necesitaras coche si o si.

Great hotel! Staffs are very attentive and welcoming. Very sweet welcome treats in the room. The spa is quite nice but some parts can be a bit outdated. Overall positive experience and would visit again!

Hotel impecable, la primera habitación nos había desagradado de cara a la red de aire acondicionado en recepción la cambiamos sin problema. Las comidas son variadas. El único inconveniente es la falta de tumbonas para todos. Personal de barra muy atento

Hotel limpio y bien ubicado - Buena relación calidad-precio Recientemente nos alojamos una noche en este hotel y nos pareció una opción limpia y con una ubicación conveniente. Aspectos positivos: El hotel estaba limpio y su ubicación era bastante buena, lo que facilitaba el acceso a las zonas cercanas. Agradecimos la disponibilidad de aparcamiento gratuito en el hotel. Si bien el aparcamiento fue una gran ventaja, una señalización más clara que indicara su ubicación exacta sería útil para futuros huéspedes. Desayuno: Solo tuvimos la oportunidad de probar el desayuno. Si bien ofrecía suficientes opciones para satisfacer las necesidades básicas, cabe destacar que la variedad no era muy amplia. En general: Este hotel ofrece una buena alternativa para viajeros que no buscan muchas comodidades o para quienes tienen vuelos por la mañana temprano o por la noche. Ofrece una estancia limpia y bien ubicada a un precio razonable, lo que lo convierte en una opción con una buena relación calidad-precio.

Excellent Family Stay in Ibiza with Minor Areas for Improvement Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island. What We Loved: Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family. Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer. Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Areas for Improvement: Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests. Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained. Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement. Negative Aspects to Report: We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay. Overall: Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.
