Great stay and hotel. Issue with the WiFi for over 24 hours, so the hotel gave us a room us to use WiFi in but did not move us to that room permanently so went back and forth when we needed WiFi. A little weird but only lasted a day. Location is right on the beach, away from clubs and very north so not for you if you are looking for that. Staff was great, valeted our car.

Fabulous hotel right on the beach The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It’s about 15 minutes to walk into town along the beach pathway. There’s parking for those who have a car. Unfortunately we were there when there were storms etc at the end of cyclone Alice so our weather was very poor but thankfully we were in a lovely hotel with great meals. We really wished that the sauna was working as the indoor pool was very cold so we didn’t use it. There are some great local restaurants behind the hotel.

El hotel es muy agradable y tranquilo. El spa también es grande y privado - sólo puede reservar por 1 hora. La comida es buena, cosas si muy útiles. No hay nada que quejarse de ella!

Excellent Family Stay in Ibiza with Minor Areas for Improvement Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island. What We Loved: Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family. Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer. Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Areas for Improvement: Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests. Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained. Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement. Negative Aspects to Report: We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay. Overall: Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

El hotel es un hotel excelente en una ubicación excelente, todo lo que usted podría necesitar es sólo un paseo corto. La zona de piscina está en el lugar, considerando que el hotel está situado en la zona de San Antonio la vibe estaba muy fría que prefiero mucho por el día. El desayuno era delicioso y había muchas opciones. Definitivamente, esperaré quedarme aquí otra vez.

Las habitaciones son confortables y limpias, quizas un poco ruidosas. Dispone de parking (limitado). Las habitaciones con vista a la bahia, simplemente espectacular. El apartahotel tiene de todo por si deseas cocinar alli. Lo que nos decepcionó profundamente era el que el hotel no sigue el espiritu de otros hoteles del grupo axel. La animacion y la fiesta (como si hay en otros hoteles de la isla), en la piscina fue inexistente. La sauna/spa es bastante sencillo. Está a 40 min andando de cafe del mar, por lo que necesitaras coche si o si.

It was just amazing staying at Ébano. The staff are amazing & very helpful. The breakfast was good, healthy menu. Room service really fast & delicious. Next time in Ibiza this will be my choice for sure. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great hotel! Staffs are very attentive and welcoming. Very sweet welcome treats in the room. The spa is quite nice but some parts can be a bit outdated. Overall positive experience and would visit again!

Adoro este hotel que me quedé aquí en abril/mayo, que está idealmente situado y tiene todo lo que necesita. Prefiero una habitación de piso superior debido al ruido sobre ambos, que que es perfecto. Mucha selección de comidas y bebidas, todas las comidas incluyentes son deliciosas. El personal es muy amable.
