Tuve una estancia muy agradable en el hotel. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda, y agradecí mucho la mejora de categoría. El desayuno estaba delicioso, con una buena variedad de opciones. El servicio de transporte también fue muy práctico y facilitó mucho los desplazamientos. En general, quedé muy satisfecho con mi estancia y recomendaría este hotel.

Mi estancia en el JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Kingmao fue una verdadera experiencia de lujo, donde sentí la delicadeza y calidez de un hotel de alta gama. Las áreas comunes tienen un diseño elegante y sofisticado, con un ambiente de lujo discreto. La distribución de la habitación está cuidadosamente pensada, la ropa de cama y los productos de higiene personal son de alta calidad, y los detalles de limpieza son impecables. Desde el check-in hasta el check-out, el personal de servicio fue siempre profesional, atento y discreto; cada interacción fue perfecta, sin ser forzada, pero siempre lo suficientemente considerada como para hacer que uno se sienta como en casa. La ubicación es excelente, facilitando los desplazamientos. Tanto las instalaciones como el ambiente son de primera categoría. Ya sea por negocios o por placer, se garantiza una experiencia de máximo confort. La calidad general y el nivel de servicio son sobresalientes, lo que hizo de esta una estancia memorable. Definitivamente vale la pena visitarlo y, sin duda, lo elegiré de nuevo.

Todo el personal demostró profesionalidad, proactividad y una comunicación paciente. Su servicio, siempre en su justa medida, no me hizo sentir cohibido, encarnando a la perfección el concepto de ”hogar lejos del hogar” de Ritz-Carlton. El espacio es elegante y grandioso, y los aperitivos son tan bonitos como deliciosos, con ingredientes cuidadosamente seleccionados y sabores equilibrados. Es un refugio raro y reconfortante en medio del ajetreado CBD. La experiencia fue impecable y ya lo he añadido a mi lista de lugares habituales. ¡Altamente recomendado!

This hotel is beautiful and has a simple elegance to it. Many places to take pictures and look at the scenery. The room was so comfortable and I had a really nice massage. The service was friendly and helpful. My only drawback were some of the children were a bit noisy and it isn’t ideal for a couple getaway. There was one child screaming at breakfast and while swimming in the sea and his parents were not doing anything about it. Also the breakfast buffet that’s included needs to have more quality and better options. I do not feel it met a five star standard.

In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

Mi experiencia en el Grand Hyatt Shenzhen superó mis expectativas. Su ubicación es inmejorable, justo encima de The MixC, lo que lo hace súper conveniente para ir de compras y comer. Mi primera vez en un Marriott. El hotel está justo al otro lado de una pequeña carretera del Observatorio de la Bahía de Busan y el parque costero. Aunque es un anexo, no hay nada de qué preocuparse. El hotel está limpio y el estacionamiento es muy conveniente y gratuito. Un punto extra es el té de la tarde y el desayuno, que son muy abundantes y deliciosos. El lounge ejecutivo también tiene muchas opciones de bebidas. Por supuesto, desde el lobby hasta el lounge y el desayuno, todo el personal es muy educado y amable. ¡Me gustaría darles un agradecimiento especial por eso!

Disfruté del gimnasio en el tercer piso, que cuenta con muchas instalaciones. La piscina exterior es preciosa y desde la plataforma de observación junto a ella se pueden ver las vistas nocturnas y el espectáculo de drones del parque Window of the World al otro lado.
