Hoteles con spa en Shenzhen

El hotel está ubicado cerca de la salida D de la estación de metro Fenghuang. La habitación es espaciosa, cómoda y tranquila. El baño está bien distribuido y cuenta con espacio para cambiarse. Hay muchos enchufes USB para cargar teléfonos, pero ninguno de los enchufes USB-C de la habitación funciona. El registro de entrada y salida es rápido y sencillo. Al lado hay una sala de espera donde se pueden comprar billetes de autobús al aeropuerto de Bao'an y a varios lugares de Hong Kong. Dos centros comerciales con una gran variedad de restaurantes se encuentran justo al lado del hotel. Para quienes deseen disfrutar de actividades al aire libre, pueden visitar el cercano Parque Hong Qiao.

Es mi cuarta estancia en St Regis Bao An, toda la experiencia fue aún tan sorprendente como siempre. Gracias especialmente a Eva en el escritorio frontal, que es útil y amable. Y he estado muy familiar con ella durante mis estancias. Volver aquí, como “volver a casa” a Shenzhen.

Pros - Both our rooms at level 10 were relatively close to each other facing the Wong Tee Plaza. It might be a way of the said front desk staff allocating these rooms to us to compensate for our unpleasant check in experience (see below). Spectacular views and we managed to spectate the night light show on Saturday without needing to go to the Civic Centre. - Facilities are great including 24-hour well equipped gym and sauna (best of all hotels in China we experienced so far). - Rooms are relatively new and fully equipped with necessities, has a dyson air dryer, Toto automatic toilet, automated curtains and a steamer to iron the clothes. - Breakfast had a lot of varieties to offer (personally loved the oden and sushi section), good service too. - Housekeeping was amazing. As I was leaving my room, Joy asked if we were interested in their laundry services and we declined as we do not have much laundry to do. After the first day of housekeeping, she noticed we did simple laundry (1-2 pieces of undergarment) and offered us a complimentary mini laundry detergent. We appreciate her thoughtfulness despite the fact that we initially declined her services. - Check out was relatively seamless, I believe it was the front office manager that managed our check out and explained the deposit refund procedures accordingly. - Concierge was decent too as they suggested we are better off getting a Didi to transfer our move to our next destination, and helped us load our bags to the Didi. Cons The only downside experience was check in. We requested if it would be possible to have interconnecting rooms (all good if not, at least as close to each other as possible within the same floor). We were advised that given interconnecting rooms are not available for the same type of rooms: 1.The staff provided an offer (upgrade to one of the bigger rooms that has interconnecting room with free 3 days hotel breakfast for 2 out of 4 pax). The quote/offer was outside of our budget hence we declined the offer and we just accept our original booking via Trip.com with no interconnecting rooms. 2.After we declined, the staff informed us that she miscalculated the price (from RMB 31k down to RMB 20k) for the same offer. This is very odd/confusing to us especially with the price difference due to miscalculation, and she was trying to push this offer to us again which we declined. At this point, whatever price quoted to us of this offer lost its credibility and we proceeded to stick to our original booking. 3.The staff said that she will notify us via WeChat (she added us on WeChat) once the room is ready. Understood at that time it was before check in time (i.e. before 3pm) hence we decided to grab lunch and come back after the check in time. It was past 3pm and we heard nothing from her upon returning to hotel and had to approach the front desk to ask for an update. The same staff managed to provide us key card for one of the rooms while the other room is still not ready (it was past 3:20pm at that time). She said that she will arrange one of her coworkers to deliver the keycards to us once that other room is ready. Around 3:50-4:20pm, we heard nothing (I walked past the other room and noted the housekeeping has finished cleaning up the room and left). I had to go to the front desk to request an update and eventually obtained the keycard. I am not sure if the above stems from the individual's motivation or if this is part of the hotel's standard procedure to aggressively upsell (even if we already said no) or if the front desk is pressured to meet monthly KPIs, but that left us an unpleasant check in experience and obviously did not represent the check in hospitality standards of the hotel itself. Aside from the check in, we loved everything hence we had to give 4 out of 5.

For a HKD$3000+ room I’d expected this to be better. También su gestión de mesa necesita ser mejor como alguien tomó nuestra mesa y luego nos llevamos a otra mesa...que más tarde descubrimos fue alguien más 😆 - el viaje de iate es un no-event. Sólo se va lentamente alrededor del rincón y se vuelve lentamente. Sólo bueno para aquellos que nunca han estado en un iate para tomar fotos. Creo que uno de los huéspedes incluso estaba tomando fotos para publicitar una bebida en línea mientras ella estaba allí - no puede pedir F&B en la playa o en los salones. - es una ubicación aislada y el hotel no le ayuda a encontrar su salida. En general nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía pero hemos tenido sentimientos mixtos debido a algunos puntos que no se dio la marca.

Hotel increíble con una ubicación excelente. Excelentes instalaciones. Conectado con el centro comercial Upperhills. Servicio excepcional desde la llegada hasta la salida. Gracias al conserje jefe Jason y al gerente de relaciones con los huéspedes Williams Yu, quienes se desvivieron por crear una estancia espectacular. ¡Charlie, de Mandarin Cake Shop, también nos enamoró de la marca MO! ¡De verdad que este hotel que elegí a ciegas en Trip.com durante mi paso por Shenzhen fue una excelente elección! Primero, la ubicación es un plus enorme. Está cerca de la estación de metro, a solo dos minutos a pie, lo cual es súper conveniente tanto para tomar un vuelo temprano como para visitar clientes. Además, hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia en los alrededores, así que no hay que desviarse para buscar un tentempié nocturno o comprar lo esencial. La habitación era más espaciosa y limpia de lo que esperaba, con un estilo de decoración sencillo y elegante, y todas las instalaciones necesarias. La ropa de cama era suave y cómoda, y el colchón tenía la elasticidad justa; después de un día de viaje de negocios, al tumbarme me relajé al instante, garantizando un sueño reparador. El baño con ducha separada estaba muy bien organizado, el agua caliente llegaba a tiempo y con temperatura estable, y los artículos de aseo eran de buena calidad, sin olores fuertes. ¡También debo elogiar al equipo de servicio, hicieron un trabajo excelente! ¡Si tengo la oportunidad, volveré a alojarme aquí!

Las habitaciones eran preciosas y enormes, ¡las camas eran muy cómodas! Todo el personal fue muy servicial y amable. Un par de detalles: al llegar, el cubo de basura del baño estaba lleno y mi amigo, que no tiene WeChat y viaja desde el extranjero, no pudo pedir el servicio de habitaciones. Por lo tanto, deberían proporcionar una copia impresa del menú. Por lo demás, ¡todo estuvo genial! Gracias por una estancia maravillosa.

¿No estoy seguro si el servicio de mayordomo de St. Regis significa que una persona específica te contactará al hacer el check-in o antes, y se encargará de ti hasta el check-out, o si simplemente se refieren al servicio de atención al huésped que se marca desde el teléfono en la habitación como 'servicio de mayordomo'? Las áreas comunes merecen una visita, y también el bar de la azotea. La predominancia del ***** le da un toque 'old money' sin ser vulgar. Especialmente los cambios de luz y sombra desde el atardecer hasta la noche. Muchos hoteles nuevos ahora son predominantemente claros, lo que los hace parecer un poco 'frescos'. La habitación tiene algo de desgaste, y también está la alfombra de la que la gente se queja en línea (este problema no tiene solución a menos que se reemplace regularmente). La vista al Ping An Finance Center es en realidad normal, solo una pequeña columna, y la habitación es un poco más pequeña, dando la sensación de que ha sido separada de un trastero. Las habitaciones con vistas a Hong Kong son normales, y mirar al otro lado de una zanja de agua es una sensación muy curiosa (nunca he estado en Hong Kong). Pedí cambiar la orientación de la habitación y el hotel cooperó activamente. Había fruta de bienvenida. Los huéspedes normales no esperan mucho más. El gimnasio está relativamente bien equipado. El desayuno no es a la carta, la variedad de platos es aceptable, pero algunos productos son mediocres; los rollos de arroz estaban blandos y sin sabor. El helado es un punto a favor. Había cola para el desayuno, el único hotel en Shenzhen donde me ha pasado esto, ni siquiera en Año Nuevo me ocurrió en otros lugares. Lo más extraño fue que por la noche fui a las áreas comunes del lobby y al bar, y un miembro del personal me pidió la tarjeta de la habitación. Además, durante mi estancia, no vi a nadie más a quien le pidieran la tarjeta (excepto en el restaurante del desayuno), quizás mi apariencia no era la de alguien que pudiera alojarse en el St. Regis. Sin embargo, al hacer el check-out, cuando me estaban insistiendo en que les diera una calificación de cinco estrellas, su actitud fue completamente diferente.

Overall experience is satisfactory even though there is some issue happened where the front desk has made immediate compensation. The hotel is near the fairy wheel and outdoor shopping mall that is very connivence. Hotel executive complimentary is the best, where I can enjoy the most in the hotel with tea, wine and late check out. The suite they compensate is very spacious and nice. However, due to the construction site next to hotel, the standard room is comparatively noisy and there are multiple flying ants existed in the room, which annoyed me. Hotel should be more cautious while they are cleaning and balcony should not open to avoid insects fly in from construction sites.

We stayed two nights over the Easter holidays and overall had a nice experience, with a few notable downsides. The highlight is definitely the high-floor room (45–56 floors) with a fantastic view of Shenzhen Bay. Waking up to that view was a treat. The hotel is located in what feels like a business / science and technology district, which became very quiet during the holidays—something we actually appreciated. The staff are friendly. Despite the MTR exit being right at the hotel, there is also a proper covered pickup and drop-off area, making it very convenient for DiDi. This made getting around effortless. The room itself was modern and comfortable. We loved the cool glass-enclosed bathtub design and the proper, well-equipped shower. Greafuly bath salt was included. That said, a few things held the experience back: •Soundproofing is poor, as mentioned in other reviews. We could clearly hear housekeeping noise from the next room in the morning around 8ish 9am. •The snack bar concept feels outdated. Instead of charging extra for snacks, it would be better to simply include something unique and special in the room rate. •Surprisingly, there’s no capsule coffee machine, only basic drip coffee that requires boiling water—not ideal if you’re feeling lazy in the morning. We chose not to include breakfast, preferring to explore local food options instead. The robot service was a fun and interesting touch now.
