«Hace poco estuve en Shenzhen y me alojé en el ”Kaiji Starfront Hotel”. La experiencia en general fue bastante buena y quiero compartirla con ustedes. 🚇 Ubicación (¡Excelente!) ¡Lo primero que me encantó fue su ubicación! Está muy cerca de la estación de metro, a menos de 5 minutos a pie, lo cual es una bendición para los turistas que usamos el metro para desplazarnos. Ya sea para ir al centro comercial o a comer, es súper práctico y ahorra mucho tiempo. 🛏️ Ambiente de la habitación La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, con mucha luz y aire acondicionado frío. ¡Fue muy cómodo ducharse y acostarse en la cama después de un día en Shenzhen! UUsuario invitadoAs a designer-owned property, the architecture beautifully harmonizes with the surrounding nature, and the views are spectacular. It is an absolutely perfect place to slow down and relax during a vacation. The activities and amenities, particularly the yacht, singing bowl sessions, and the spa, were also wonderful. If I were to point out areas for improvement, the first would be the dining. While the restaurant food is acceptable, I believe they should elevate the culinary quality, even if it means increasing the prices. Currently, all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—leave room for improvement. Additionally, the staff members are relatively young and seem to be still building their experience. I am confident that with further training, the overall quality of service will improve significantly and match the high potential of this beautiful hotel.

LLigoumaologLa ubicación del hotel es excelente, muy cerca de la estación de tren de alta velocidad de Futian y del puerto de Futian, lo que facilita mucho ir a Hong Kong. El personal de recepción es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación es muy espaciosa, y aunque la decoración es un poco antigua, está bien mantenida y muy limpia. El desayuno es tipo buffet, con mucha variedad y muy rico.

Review of Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen Reviewed yesterday There are hotels you visit, and then there are hotels that leave an imprint on your soul. The Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen, belongs firmly and unequivocally in the latter category. From the moment I stepped into its soaring lobby, I knew this would be one of those stays that redefines what luxury hospitality means. Arrival and Reception First impressions matter, and the reception team at the Mandarin Oriental understands this with an almost intuitive grace. Jason Zhu greeted me with the kind of warmth that felt less like a rehearsed welcome and more like being received by an old friend who just happens to have impeccable professional instincts. His attention to detail was extraordinary — he had noted my preferences before I could voice them, and the check-in process was so seamless it barely registered as a process at all. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. The Club Skyline View Room If the lobby whispered luxury, the Club Skyline View Room declared it in full voice. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. El spa, ¡ah, ese baño de vapor!, las piscinas, los restaurantes (y todas esas opciones extra en el centro comercial contiguo) y, bueno, el salón. FFengkuangdetuzi204¿No estoy seguro si el servicio de mayordomo de St. Regis significa que una persona específica te contactará al hacer el check-in o antes, y se encargará de ti hasta el check-out, o si simplemente se refieren al servicio de atención al huésped que se marca desde el teléfono en la habitación como 'servicio de mayordomo'? Las áreas comunes merecen una visita, y también el bar de la azotea. La predominancia del ***** le da un toque 'old money' sin ser vulgar. Especialmente los cambios de luz y sombra desde el atardecer hasta la noche. Muchos hoteles nuevos ahora son predominantemente claros, lo que los hace parecer un poco 'frescos'. La habitación tiene algo de desgaste, y también está la alfombra de la que la gente se queja en línea (este problema no tiene solución a menos que se reemplace regularmente). La vista al Ping An Finance Center es en realidad normal, solo una pequeña columna, y la habitación es un poco más pequeña, dando la sensación de que ha sido separada de un trastero. Las habitaciones con vistas a Hong Kong son normales, y mirar al otro lado de una zanja de agua es una sensación muy curiosa (nunca he estado en Hong Kong). Pedí cambiar la orientación de la habitación y el hotel cooperó activamente. Había fruta de bienvenida. Los huéspedes normales no esperan mucho más. El gimnasio está relativamente bien equipado. El desayuno no es a la carta, la variedad de platos es aceptable, pero algunos productos son mediocres; los rollos de arroz estaban blandos y sin sabor. El helado es un punto a favor. Había cola para el desayuno, el único hotel en Shenzhen donde me ha pasado esto, ni siquiera en Año Nuevo me ocurrió en otros lugares. Lo más extraño fue que por la noche fui a las áreas comunes del lobby y al bar, y un miembro del personal me pidió la tarjeta de la habitación. Además, durante mi estancia, no vi a nadie más a quien le pidieran la tarjeta (excepto en el restaurante del desayuno), quizás mi apariencia no era la de alguien que pudiera alojarse en el St. Regis. Sin embargo, al hacer el check-out, cuando me estaban insistiendo en que les diera una calificación de cinco estrellas, su actitud fue completamente diferente.

On special occasions, the hotel can arrange for children activities to keep them busy. For a family friendly hotel, this was something that was missing. Otherwise for adults, this hotel offered a wide spread on breakfast buffet and pool was great.

UUsuario invitadoEl ambiente de la habitación es bueno, muy limpio. La habitación con vista puede ver la bahía de Shenzhen y el centro financiero Ping An. La vista es buena. La piscina está en el piso 45 con temperatura constante y limpia. Hay subterráneos alrededor, cerca de OCT y Happy Coast. Es muy conveniente para comer, jugar e ir de compras. El desayuno es rico y a los niños les gusta mucho. Solo que el cobro del mini bar hace que los niños se sientan un poco infeliz. La habitación estaba amueblada para los niños, y también se regalaron trajes de viaje para niños y muñecas. Los mayordomos, Santa y Even, brindaron servicios considerados y respondieron con prontitud. El vuelo se canceló debido al tifón, y retrasé el check-out hasta las 3 : 30.
