I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently kind, professional, and helpful, with Alin at the front desk standing out for exceptional service. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-equipped—the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the view was fantastic. The facilities are excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and everything was delicious. The hotel is located in a great area. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Jason Zhu greeted me with the kind of warmth that felt less like a rehearsed welcome and more like being received by an old friend who just happens to have impeccable professional instincts. His attention to detail was extraordinary — he had noted my preferences before I could voice them, and the check-in process was so seamless it barely registered as a process at all. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

Al hacer el check-in, nos hicieron un upgrade a una habitación con vistas panorámicas de la ciudad. ¡Fue como estar en las nubes, disfrutando del paisaje nocturno desde nuestra ventana! Por la noche, cenamos en el buffet del hotel. Pudimos reservar mesa de última hora, pero si quieres una mesa junto a la ventana, hay que reservar con un día de antelación. Soy un gran fan de los postres y los del hotel no me decepcionaron en absoluto. En resumen, una excelente experiencia familiar de fin de semana que nos permitió desconectar de la rutina y relajarnos.

Overall experience is satisfactory even though there is some issue happened where the front desk has made immediate compensation. The hotel is near the fairy wheel and outdoor shopping mall that is very connivence. Hotel executive complimentary is the best, where I can enjoy the most in the hotel with tea, wine and late check out. The suite they compensate is very spacious and nice. However, due to the construction site next to hotel, the standard room is comparatively noisy and there are multiple flying ants existed in the room, which annoyed me. Hotel should be more cautious while they are cleaning and balcony should not open to avoid insects fly in from construction sites.
