Impressed. The hotel is the first five-star hotel in the city. My friend was a front-desk when it was opened in 1989. I heard that the hotel was extremely selective in recruitment and that the training was top-notch back then. The hotel could use some renovation to give it a modern look, although the heritage style is fine with me. Sweet welcome present in the room. Fruits (pears and oranges) available for guests going back to rooms. What I like the most is the friendliness of all staff. The housekeeper wrote me a warm message. Nice surprise! I had a blister after three days of city walk. I phoned the front desk, seeking advice. Within five minutes, a staff came to my room with Povidone-iodine and bandages. She explained how to use the povidone-iodine sticks. She talked to me like a caring family member, not just a job. I would definitely stay here in my next trip.»

提前和Visan溝通了孩子過生日的時間，Visan表面沒説實際特別上心，還悄悄準備了驚喜。辦理入住時效率很高，沒有長時間等候，服務人員態度温和親切，説話語氣讓人感覺格外舒服。走進客房的那一刻我們都眼前一亮，房間依舊打掃得一塵不染，地面、床品、衞浴角落都收拾得乾乾淨淨，沒有一點雜物和異味，採光和視野也很不錯，空間寬敞通透，帶着孩子活動完全不會覺得侷促。床鋪柔軟舒適，洗漱用品品質在線，熱水供應穩定，細節處能看出酒店的用心打理。
最讓我們感動的是酒店貼心的生日佈置，簡單又温馨的裝飾氛圍感拉滿，有點小驚喜。Visan還準備了小蛋糕，滿滿都是誠意，這份意外的驚喜也讓孩子的生日變得格外有紀念意義。

I love this hotel. There used to be a bellboy to open the car door and help me with my luggage. This time none. Didnt see anyone helping me during the 4 days i stayed. They dont serve tea to guests anymore. All these services were something that I like about this hotel. Now they dont have it. it was disappointing, but I guess i had to accept it since they changed the way they served the guests. Wifi is very unstable. Affecting my work greatly. Aside from that, all remain good.

GGulanI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout my visit. I would especially like to thank Ms. Joy for her kindness and excellent service. She arranged a room upgrade for me, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel facilities were great, the room was clean and well maintained, and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. I truly appreciate the hospitality I received.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

JJacobo PLEl hotel sigue manteniendo el buen mismo nivel de siempre en sus instalaciones, pero la oferta gastronómica sigue siendo un poco mediocre...Ya solo desayuné 1 dia, porque en mi opinion, las opciones no son muy agradables, muy poca fruta fresca, y demasiada comida oriental...quizás para el resto de huéspedes sea correcta...a mi desde luego no me gusta. En mi opinión el buffet del desayuno es caro para lo que ofrece.
