I decided to celebrate my birthday in a different way staying at this hotel and it was a great experience! The amenities are really good, the hotel is well maintained, breakfast is amazing and the staff were absolutely friendly, welcoming and helpful. There’s a kind of mall right next to the hotel with a few good places to eat.

I had a lovely stay even though it was one night, wish I had actually booked a few nights but had just booked it because it was near the airport and would be convenient. The porter was helpful and front desk checked me in in good time and let me know all the necessary things and places I can go to enjoy the stay. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the room and it was very comfortable. The view was great and a surprise is at that it actually shares common facilities with ritz Carlton which is next door. You can enjoy the gardens, golfing area, pool and spa. Breakfast was good and the staff efficient in cleaning up. Across the hotel is the teddy bear museum and outlet stores. Thank you for the wonderful stay, I will definitely come again ✨

Room was clean and cosy, and I liked that the aircon temperature could be adjusted easily. The smart bidet toilet was a nice touch. Only downside was the fridge — it wasn’t very cold. Location was convenient and within walking distance to several shopping malls. I used Didi a few times, but some drivers got confused with the turning on the map and had to make a big U-turn. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful. A comfortable stay!

I recently visited the Flair Bar on the 20th floor of the Ritz-Carlton in Haikou and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. The bartender, Cathy, displayed remarkable skill and creativity with her cocktail mixology, making each drink not just a beverage but a memorable experience. The manager, Sophie, ensured everything ran smoothly, reflecting her excellent management skills and attention to detail. Additionally, the waitresses Vicky and Ruby were the epitome of professionalism and warmth, making our stay even more enjoyable with their attentive and friendly service. The ambiance of the bar was elevated by their combined efforts, making it a must-visit spot. Kudos to the team for their outstanding service which significantly enhanced our evening!

El Haikou Marriot está situado junto a la playa y ofrece una vista del océano al 100 %, con China continental claramente visible desde mi balcón. El personal de recepción fue amable y servicial, especialmente la Sra. Miranda, que constantemente se preocupó por mi bienestar y mis necesidades. No puedo quejarme de nada de su servicio y atención durante mi estadía de 4 días en el Haikou Marriot. Espero volver a hospedarme allí en mis futuras visitas a esta hermosa ciudad.

The hotel is a bit aged, but can see that it was one time a very grand hotel. Amenities are good. Excellent services by the staff. The airport shuttle driver Henry was punctual and helpful. Crystal, Jack and Meric were all very helpful and caring. 👍👍👍to them all.
