This was by far the best stay I’ve ever had in Haikou. First, the staff were absolutely amazing. I messaged the day before to ask if there was a cake shop nearby, since it was my wife’s birthday. When we arrived at the hotel, they not only provided a cake for us free of charge, but also upgraded our room to a top-floor sea view room—completely complimentary. The room itself was spotless and beautiful. The swimming pool was a short walk from the hotel, but very nice, and the hot springs and fish spa were truly relaxing. We also tried the buffet for just 198 RMB per person, and it was well worth it. The food was excellent—the sashimi was fresh, beer and wine were included, and the variety was broad. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, this was an amazing experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Haikou.

Our stay included a photography package - we would like to commend the photographer for being accommodating of our requests. He was quick and efficient. Check-in staff also tried their best to speak in English which I appreciate lots. The two bellboys who carried luggages and parcel packages are also very hardworking and polite! They are hospitable and could answer our questions - I could see that they were tired but still polite and would attend to us without asking Renna via GSM WEchat was also very helpful and went out of her way when my Taobao packages had issues - replying throughout the day. She replied very fast and I believe went beyond her job scope. Se recomienda no considerarlo si no estás conduciendo. Sólo hay un McDonald's y un Luckin Coffee a 500 metros, y el resto son cero. El hotel está situado en la zona de oficinas CBD, cerca del mar, a 10 minutos a pie de la playa. Nos registramos el séptimo día del primer mes *****. No había mucha gente y el ambiente era bastante agradable 😌. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad de Qianpu, Wenchang, y solo se tarda 25 minutos en coche hasta allí y 40 minutos en coche hasta Moon Bay. Instalaciones: bonitas, muy nuevas, cada habitación de la suite cuenta con TV, y el aula también cuenta con un altavoz Bluetooth Philips. Hay una bañera🛁. Cada habitación tiene vistas al mar. El estacionamiento está súper limpio y elegante, todo pintado con pintura epoxi gris. El espacio de estacionamiento es amigable para vehículos medianos y grandes. Higiene: Limpio, nada de que quejarse. Servicio: El personal brindó un buen servicio. El desayuno no debe ser copioso, sino abundante, saludable y nutritivo. El servicio que brinda la recepcionista (alta y delgada) en el restaurante abierto todo el día es increíble. Originalmente habíamos planeado quedarnos en Sanya unos días más antes de regresar, pero debido al mal tiempo, nos trasladamos a Nanning. ¡Nos vemos el año que viene! ¡Volveré otra vez! ¡Que todos mis deseos se hagan realidad!

La arena de la playa también es muy buena y casi no hay grava, no sé cuántas veces mejor. que la playa Xixiu! La piscina del hotel es súper clara. I had a wonderful experience during my stay here. Every staff member I encountered was warm, friendly, and professional. A special mention goes to the team at the Langham Club on Level 42 and the bar on Level 43. In particular, Amber was exceptionally hospitable throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to accommodate my special requests and ensure I felt well taken care of. I am also incredibly grateful to Kevin, the intern at Level 1, who was an absolute lifesaver. He assisted me with my Taobao parcels, helped with my luggage, and even helped me make restaurant reservations when I was unable to do so without a local phone number. His willingness to help and positive attitude made a significant difference to my stay. So grateful to meet these friends during my stay in Langham Haikou. The genuine hospitality and attentiveness shown by the team truly made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Thank you all for making my stay such a memorable one.

We are 3 generations that stayed in a 2 bedroom villa that encountered many problems during our 5 night stay. There were 2 days where we had issues with the hot water, 2 different days when we had electrical issues (lights would not turn on or off in the master bedroom), 1 day of toilet problems, and some kitchen cleanliness issues as well. Our butler Michelle worked hard to help us fix the issues as quick as possible, but it was quite frustrating to encounter and not what we expected of a Ritz Carlton at all. I felt bad for Michelle who had to deal with our issues even on her days off and when she wasn’t around, we had to speak with 3 different managers (Peter, Arthur and Felix) on 3 different days… just seems like there were no consistency in their service even though the staff were well intentioned. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel based on our stay.

No puedo quejarme de nada de su servicio y atención durante mi estadía de 4 días en el Haikou Marriot. Espero volver a hospedarme allí en mis futuras visitas a esta hermosa ciudad.

The staff working here are absolutely excellent. From the ladies and gentlemen on the front desk, to the amazing chefs and restaurant staff, and the fantastic guest room upkeep and service crew, the duty managers and floor managers and the maintenance and garden and pool crew. We stayed for a few days during a national holiday, and were so impressed by the professional, friendly excellent staff who were all doing a truly great job. It made our stay, with a child, of the highest quality and satisfaction. Justin, the manager on duty when we arrived was very friendly and attentive and was a wonderful help to us. The pools and restaurants and cafes at the I hotel are fantastic. Beautiful, clean and well organized. The evening hour in the Executive Lounge was excellent also. Very satisfied and grateful to Justin and all the staff at this great hotel.
