The location is good, just a short walk to city, to train station, to local store.
Staff are very nice, I have especially happy that they were trying their best to let us checking in early since our long flight arrived in the morning.
There were enough home appliances. We cooked quite a few times and it was great. Washing machine is fine. The roof top swimming pool looks good.
However, I think the place could be a little cleaner, especially the shower area. There are some mould on the wall and the shower head. Door handle is broken. On the other hand, there are quite some dust on the table, floor is a little bit sticky. The air conditioner is mouldy too, bed sheet has some stains, some of the pillow cases are a bit grey like the colour of dust.
So in general I think a lot could be improved, especially on hygiene.

Fasilitas sangat lengkap, bersih, nyaman, berasa di rumah sendiri, pemandangan dan tata ruang setiap kamarnya menyenangkan, saya rasa soda pilihan terbaik. Untuk tamu jangan lupa membaca ketentuan tentang jam buka resepsionis karena tdk buka 24 jam. Harus perjanjian dulu jika mau datang diluar jam operasional petugas

預早電郵通知我們航班到達時已經過了前枱服務時間，要求提供late check in 服務，當時回覆答允會在扺達前通知取房安排，臨出發上機前再電郵通知有關要求，到達時電郵沒有回，打電話沒人接，凌晨一點一家人在門口呆等吹風，最後要找別處留宿，事後對方只會道歉並沒有為該晚住宿退款

It was odd that the bedroom didn’t have a tv on the wall, that would have been a bonus,
The bed need to be replaced, bases for the queen bed are sagging. Made for an uncomfortable sleep

Rooms were spacious and had all the extras. Foyer and hallways were unusually hot during our visit (not air-conditioned). Within walking distance from QPAC and Southbank.

The property was clean, comfortable and affordable close to transportation cafes and restaurants just a lot of construction going on in South Brisbane may effect the quality of your stay

I checked in on friday afternoon, that was the last i saw of anyone the office was closed all weekend, i asked for information about local stuff ( re : hotel brocure) and was told they dont do that, they werent open for help with a taxi , it was advertised there was a gym but i looked for one and not there, if your looking for a hotel with front desk help or communication this is not the place but clean and comfortable except the pool water was cloudy and i slipped as i couldnt see the bottom.
