No WIFI in the room. As far as I could tell, that was true for all of the rooms in our wing. The apathetic concierge couldn't have cared less. Said, "We have WIFI in the lobby you can use." We asked her for dining recommends and she would only recommend their restaurant and the one in their sister hotel. Wouldn't call out for a reservation for us. Also the room, though decent, was very old-fashioned. No plugs--had to put the coffee maker on the floor under a table. But mostly I was put-off by the lack of customer service.

Lovely, cosy, spotless hotel in centre of Skagen. Rooms were very comfortable (we had 2nd floor rooms). Free parking to the rear. Breakfast was a particular highlight - the expected excellent range of bread and bread rolls as is usual in Denmark, as well as a varied, good quality and well-laid out selection of other hot and cold items. Limited reception hours but wasn’t an issue for us. Very relaxing in the low season, would highly recommend.

The staff at this hotel were so incredibly friendly. Check in/check out was fast and easy. The hotel itself is adorable, our room even had a little balcony to watch the sunset. It is a 1 min walk from the Skagen station and within walking distance of tons of restaurants, shops and a really nice grocery store. The breakfast included was an impressive spread of food. If I ever found myself in this small town again I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location in Skagen at the end of the pedestrian shopping street and just across the street from the bus station. The hotel is clean and beds were comfy. The staff was really helpful in arranging a dinner reservation for us and helping us with laundry between our two long distance walks in Denmark. Breakfast was really varied and the food was good. We had a very pleasant stay here for two nights.

Great location, right over from the main shopping and restaurant streets. The staff were friendly and service minded. Room was nice and clean. Common areas were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was standard but well stocked, even for us late risers.

Beautiful charming hotel! We enjoyed sitting outside on the porch area. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was authentic Danish with many choices of breads, cheeses, meats, yogurt, cereals and coffee. We will definitely stay at Skagen hotel again.

I stayed here in February and my room was cozy and comfortable. It was also very affordable and included breakfast! The bed was comfortable and I had everything I needed but don't expect toiletries or other extras. The parking was difficult. There were spots that would be impossible to park anything in but a motorcycle. I ended up parking across the street. The breakfast was great. There were many options and everything was good.
