Dear hotel, I requested for cancellation in advance prior to check in, which has been instantly rejected by your premises management. Please reconsider the refund, as I am really keen to stay at Bluewaters Pods again.

This place is a bit hidden, but it's not that hard to find if you make your research properly. The room and pods were super clean, they have shared bathroom which is also super clean. A bit noisy during the weekends bcuz the area has a few bars, but it's managable. They give free ear plugs which is cool. The staffs were really nice :) You get quite a lot from paying so little, its affordable especially for a student like me. Not too far from the raffles plaza mrt, and personally I never had problems using the public tranportation.

Clean with well-maintained facilities.
Will be great if toilets are cleaned more frequently.

This is a good location for solo traveller who want to chill out in the city. It's near China town so people can use google map to nevigate the place easily. I feel comfortable to stay here with private cabin. Then when I ask for help receptionist can explain me well. I love this place because it is near MRT Clarke Quay and bus stop between Hong Kong Street and South Canal Road. Cleanliness is a matter for me to stay here. It's affordable price and friendly for woman traveller as well.

it was clean and well maintained. but can get noisy at night because of the bars nearby. you get free water and drinks and can store your food in the communal fridge and make microwave meals. overall, not bad for the price.

There is a bar next to the hotel！！！！！！ It is so noisy and I can barely sleep until 3:00am

Its a very nice closy environment. Although we share the toilet, it feels hygiene overall. The great thing is its next to singapore river and a great location. The milk tea from hostel is a super nice to have.

Everything was great but I think there's a problem in the room I stayed. Every time I got in, my eyes stung. If ventilation system improves, I'd love to stay again!
