Alma House is a great place to stay in Silverton. Charming and accommodating. Their home cooked breakfast is awesome. Have stayed there before and will stay there again. Two thumbs up!!

The Alma house is a an experience. The staff did great. The breakfast is hearty and homemade. The location is perfect and the Victorian charm is everywhere.

This was a nicely maintained, historic property, and was quiet and cozy while we were there. Our host, Matt, was friendly, gregarious, and helpful. Breakfasts were fine in terms of quantity but fairly basic and unremarkable with respect to the cuisine.

We had an excellent trip and really enjoyed our stay! The owners are super pleasant, very personable, and accommodating. The Alma house is a beautiful historic building with absolutely gorgeous rooms. We aill absolutely be bookings there again for our next trip up there!!

We loved the service, hot tub, breakfast, quite! Wish there was an ice machine and or in room fridge. Also the comforter on the bed was way too hot.

This is a small bed and breakfast that was built in 1898 (I believe that is what he said) and it has all the charm with its old fashioned furniture. The innkeeper was courteous and very sweet, showing me around despite it being fairly late at night. I would come again just to have the ambience. I took the third floor which was a floor all to myself.

We had a cozy stay with Alma House for four nights. Our room was clean and comfortable. The house is full of historic decorations and has a unique character. Breakfast is served every morning and it was an absolute pleasure to talk to Matt. Will come back and visit again!

A 124 year old Hotel, nicely preserved 19rh century charm. Very clean and maintained. Modern amenities are covered. Bathrooms are nice with some artful touches. Hot water with plentiful pressure was an unexpected surprise. The hotel looks 19th century buy looks are deceiving. Try the Alma Hotel, it’s a surprise !

Matt is extremely personable and spent some time with us at check-in talking about some of the history of Silverton and the Alma House itself. Super cool. But, the rest of the experience wasn't so great; the bed was pretty soft, the bathroom is pretty small, and breakfast the next morning was a slightly warmed half a waffle, scrambled eggs (ok), and a tiny amount of fruit. Also, the coffee was not good at all. But it was very quiet at night, no issues there at all.
