- Location was really good, easy access to the night market. - Breakfast buffet was just ok. - Room beside us was watching the TV at full volume at 12AM - Hallway is also noisy during nighttime as staffs were chatting a lot.

Honest personal opinion and advice to others! Pros: It's a good location with McDonalds and supermarket right next door. Room and hallways are spacious. Cons: There is no area for a taxi to stop at, It's in a corner. Internet is very slow with an average of 1.5Mbps 😞 Very Old Hotel with only one elevator which the stuff and guest shares. Takes a very long time to wait. Cold air from outside comes into the room through gaps on the side of the aircon. Rain water also comes into the bathroom through the gaps on the window. Bed sheets are so old that they have holes on them. If those sheet where in your home, you would no longer use them. Overall, you can find a much better hotel for the price.

All I love is the place near to everything you need, however the receptionist they don’t know how to response your concerns. The breakfast food limited options. And the breakfast servers it seem they are mad when you ask something to them. No smile in their faces. And wifi is to weak it come and go very annoying.

For the money this hotel is very old and dated. Worst experience ever. Upon arriving at the hotel we were not greeted by the staff. The room was not in good condition Sheets had mold stains, the bathroom was old; leaking faucet, very low shower pressure, a broken toilet seat, old worn-out towels. Slow Wifi, television reception was barely watchable Room isnt spacious as published in the website/social media. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. GO FIND YOURSELF A BETTER ONE WITH A BETTER PRICE & EXPERIENCE. This place is more like a hostel. I would NOT recommend.

I did not checked into their Hotel as they were fully booked that weekend.In 2019 I stayed and like to have breakfast at Cafe Veniz but in 2023 I am shock how quiet they are and the place almost empty I sadly had the worst experice or maybe I had high expectations. This is my review of cafe Veniz now I walked in Greeted by no one I orderd an American breakfast came with free coffee. Coffee came it was blend I ask for a glass of water but the manager made me feel I was asking for too much. Their was no refill of water I put up my hand to ask but was ignored. Staff were behind the counter talking ok only 3 tables in the restaurant 5 people and slow service?? The food finally came but it was not to a cafe expectation of Veniz hotel. Food small bread slightly cold.Their were eggs but no one one offered I put up my hand ignored staff still talkiny.. Overall the worse breakfast experience their slogan more than a cafe.. I dont so next time I go next door to Mcdonalds at lest better service and food.I wont come again.

Hotel Veniz in Burnham was a good enough place when I first stayed there but the succeeding trips were quite a disappointment. When booking, always take with caution the rooms recommended in the default setting of their website. I learned a bad lesson when I trusted the system completely. Only after I have fully paid for the reservation did I learn that the room had no window and inaccessible by elevator. If you are travelling with old people, this is particularly discomforting. But the uninitiated would click the reserved button right away since the systems give only four hours to pay or booking would be cancelled. Once payment is made, only then does information on the accommodation become available. You might be shocked to know that if you book separate rooms, they might be at different floors. Rooms offered at uniform rates are not necessarily identical in size, location, and view. Last time, we were assured a family room but the place turned out to be too cramped, and while there was window overlooking Burnham Park, it was too high for a person of average height to look out into the sceneries outside, which basically defeats the purpose of having a room with a view. For some reason, I always end up getting these cramp, disappointing accommodations even when the price I paid was supposedly for the high-end type. Another problem is parking. The basement is too dark and poorly-designed a novice driver would have a difficult time positioning his car especially those mid-sized SUVs. The basement ground is uneven, and with so many concrete pillars blocking the way, parking is a challenge. They have security at the basement but none of them is apparently able to drive. You have to do it on your own. Sometimes if you get to park at the inner slots, you will surely get blocked by other vehicles and it takes a while to page the owner to move his car aside in case you are leaving. This place is not worth the trouble of staying there, I would suggest that one finds a better alternative, and avoid this hotel as much as possible.

It is so difficult to communicate with this hotel prior your booking because no one is answering their email and phones. Very inconvenient. They should check their communication procedures and ensure someone will answer every call on their phones.

I agree to the review that other than the location, this hotel is the worst! Thisis very near the market and the night market which i frequent on my visit so this is the best option for me to stay in. I called thereir number since Monday and nobody answered or even called back.. The thing that made me furious was the answer of the recep that "they are always busy!" I ended up getting a room that I didn't want! Atleast two ago, I wrote a stern comment about this and yet it didn't get any attention. I guess the word hypocrite would best describe it. They would give you thw thinking that they care but they actually don't. I talked to their manager about this and the manager apologized and promised me that they will make sure that they will be able to answer my calls. Unfortunately, they do not care about their promise as I have called them all morning and no one answers. Sometimes the phone would be busy but still no call back or answer..

Very nice location. Right beside the wet market and Burnham park. We just requested for a chair because we don't have one in the room. The first attempt, it took more than 30 mins still the chair hasn't arrived yet so we called again and said to bring it later since we were to go out. Then we came back and before we went up to our room, I asked again the front desk about the chair. They kept on insisting it was for additional chair but we don't have any chair in the room. It arrived faster that time. Also the dresser table was so dirty. It didn't look like it but when we wiped it, the tissue was all black. Everything else was fine with the stay. We will definitely be back again.

Other than a great location within the city of Baguio and across from Burnham Park, everything else was a complete disappointment. Sheets had mold stains, the bathroom was old; leaking faucet, very low shower pressure, broken toilet seat, old worn out towels. Slow Wifi, television reception was barely watchable. The complimentary breakfast was terrible and they wouldn't allow to take a plate for our daughter who slept in, even with a voucher for her. The breakfast was so disappointing that we went to did not use our free vouchers on other mornings.

I've been to this hotel several times before and it was never a problem. We love the location because its just beside and across Burnham Park so when I stayed here last Tuesday night, June 21, 2022, for a business trip, I was co fident that my stay would be superb. But, I was wrong! It was the worst experience I ever had staying at a hotel! I drove from the office and arrived late to the hotel so I was tired and rested for the night. When I woke up the following day, I found out that there were no towels and other things needed by a guest in a hotel (slippers, soap, toothbrush and tooth paste, shampoo and other stuff) so I was not able to take a bath that morning and just washed my face before going out to the market to do the survey. I used the blanket to wipe my face. I told the front desk about it and after the market survey, I went back to the hotel to freshen up and leave for pangasinan. I got the things I need from the front desk and went up to my room. I opened the comfort room and there was a poop in my toilet bowl! That person even left the tissue he/she used to wipe his/her ass! I never use tissue when I fo that so that certainly was not me! It was so grossed that I flushed it at sight and called reception to ask for a manager. They didn't even emphatize about what happened! I am never going back to this hotel!
