Her detayında özen hissedilen harika bir işletme. Daha girişte başlayan güleryüzlü hizmet tüm kalışımız süresince aynı özenle devam etti. Yemekler hem lezzet hem görüntü hem de sunum olarak harika ve çok özenli. Bize yaşattıkları güzel deneyim için Aygül Hanım ve Melek Hanım’a ve leziz yemekler için şefimiz Kadir Bey’e sonsuz teşekkürler.

We’ve stayed in Swan Suite two nights. Room was clean and warm enough. In the morning we woke up with birds’ sound. It was super peaceful trip. Breakfast was delicious. Shephard’s salad, chicken piccata with mustard and green onions and shrimps casserole highly recommended. Before leaving Agva, don’t forget to do a boat tour in the river, you’ll see turtles while doing sunbath.

check out yaparken ilgilenen beyfendi çok kibardı . ilgisi için kendisine teşekkür ederim. Otel temizdi ama tek sıkıntısı kaldığımız oda da ağır bir lağım kokusu var tuvaletlerdeki giderlerden gelmekteydi ve rahatsız ediciydi.

The most impressive thing about this place is that amazing service which was provided by the staff specially Shukri and omed and the manager Tarhan .
The place was amazing and the food and very peaceful atmosphere . We love to go back to Tranquilla Niher evi .

Temizlik açısından sorun olarak belirtilecek bir detay yoktu. Odanın temizliği yapılmış yalnızca banyoda çöp kutusu dolu unutulmuştu. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Otel hakkında olumsuz olarak deneyimimiz akşam yemeğimiz oldu. Sıcak ve taze servis edilmesi gereken şeyler soğuk ve çok saat önce pişirildiği anlaşılan nitelikte servis edildi. Bu kadar kusur olur takılmadık ama tekrar bi Ağva seyahatimizde başka bir oteli deneyimlemek isteyeceğimize eminim.

Çok tatlı butik bir otel, çalışanlar ilgili yemekleri güzel. eski olmasındna kaynaklı odalarda biraz problem var, tv'mize görüntü gelmiyordu bildirmemize rağmen herhangi bir yardım alamadık, odada şömine vardı yakmak istermisiniz diye sormadılar bile, banyodaki musluk eğik duruyordui taharet musluğundan devamlı su akıyordu bu tip aksaklıklar insanın ağız tadını kaçırıyor maalesef.
