This hotel is located in the ideal location right next to the sea , but the room was not clean and smelly

Good service, good security system.
The room is big and clean but it’s lack of Television and refrigerator. One more thing, there’re no event coffee and tea free like others hotel. Furthermore, the morning buffet is a very simple Chinese food .

Гостиница, как задние, сама неплохая. Хорошее место, бассейн 50 метров. Лифты свежие. Дизайнерская отделка. Отличный санузел. В номерах с видом на море очень красиво смотреть в окно. Только окно будет грязное, как и все окна)) эксплуатационная команда не понимает, что заплатив за вид, ты не должен смотреть на него через грязные окна. Окна я попросил помыть, их протерли половой тряпкой на уровень роста человека, поднять руку вверх, взять швабру, использовать средство для окон клининг не был в состоянии. Но окна это мелочи. Абсолютно все в номере грязное. В течение недели еженедельно мы занимались менеджментом уборки, сам персонал клининга просто не придёт, если ты их не вызовешь. А если не покажешь, где помыть, они не помоют. Что делает клининг: они открывают номер, по камерам видно, что они зашли, а дальше они сидят и серфят в ютубе. Потом за 5 мин протрут грязной тряпкой пол и уходят. Хуже уборки я не видел. Про завтрак можно забыть, был там раз и больше не ходил, пользовался доставкой. Поэтому смело прибавляйте к стоимости номера 15 долларов за завтрак. Ни чая, ни кофе, только острая лапша, вареные яйца и вода. Грязные столы. В номерах встречается плесень, похоже окна в сезон дождей текут. И слегка попахивает. Магазина рядом нет. Рестораны можно использовать только те, что есть на TripAdvisor. Лучше пользоваться доставкой. На ресепшн по английски почти не говорят. The best thing owner of this hotel can do to save his business- totally fire service team
