Valoraciones de Multi-dimensional Executive Apartment (Convention and Exhibition Center)

En primer lugar, la habitación está muy limpia y ordenada, y el ambiente en general también es muy bueno. Los cuatro que vivíamos allí no nos sentíamos oprimidos. La habitación es una suite con todas las comodidades necesarias. El baño está dividido en zonas húmedas y secas (Figura 7). La sala de estar tiene una mesa de café y un sofá (Figura 1), así como una mesa de comedor y cuatro sillas (Figura 2). Ambas habitaciones tienen una cama grande, cada una con un armario hasta el techo y suficientes perchas (Figura 4-6/8). La mesa de la cocina es lo suficientemente larga y ancha, lo que nos resulta muy conveniente para preparar el desayuno y las bebidas (Figura 3). El hervidor eléctrico también tiene una función de conservación del calor, por lo que seguirá caliente a la mañana siguiente después de una noche. También hay un gran tendedero y una lavadora (Figura 8). Además, el apartamento está muy cerca de la salida A de la estación Chegongmiao, y hay una frutería y una tienda de conveniencia en la planta baja. Finalmente, el personal de servicio fue muy bueno, muy paciente y rápido para resolver nuestros problemas, y todos los suministros se repusieron de manera oportuna. En general, nuestra familia está muy satisfecha y volveremos a alojarnos aquí la próxima vez.

Buena ubicación, pero mal servicio. Tres adultos se registraron con escasez de artículos de aseo básicos, como dos juegos de toallas de papel y un cepillo de dientes. Nos dieron tres almohadas de 2,5 cm de grosor y raídas. La cocina no tenía vasos ni cucharas (necesidades básicas). El mantenimiento y los tratos eran deficientes, y el armario y los armarios de la cocina huelen mal. Lo peor fue que entraron en nuestro apartamento antes de la hora de salida sin nuestra presencia ni permiso.

Apartment was very close to the train station, although it would be a bit tough to find for those who don’t use a mainland number, baidu maps and wechat. On my end, it was very quick and easy since i got in touch with their hotline before coming, who then asked me to add their wechat account and provided me with photo instructions on finding the place. Checkin was also done thru the wechat mini program before being given the door passcode, although we met by chance near the lift lobby once we came up so he already opened the door directly for our convenience as well. He was very considerate, checking if we needed any more stuffs and even arranging delivery of additional pillows to the room after we returned late at night and realized it. The package we booked included one breakfast only but he provided for all of us anyway. There are many restaurants across the road but most of them close up by 9 in the evening. I read the reviews beforehand so i was glad they were able to improve on the complaints written here, so i made sure to take photos to document them, but it would be wise just as well to remind them on wechat before coming so they can prepare enough items for the number of people staying. Things to note, there was a leak on the ceiling of the shower area, water was clear and it wouldn’t really drip on you from where you stand. The air conditioner in one room was quite hard to open at first, had to switch batteries to the other remote control (cover also broken 😂) and it tended to make weird noises from time to time but was able to sleep through it anyway.

地理位置很好，出行很方便。房間也很寬敞明亮，還配了冰箱，買了蛋糕要存放也很方便。衞生也不錯，下次還考慮住這家。

距離車公廟A站真的好近，大概衹有200米左右，超級方便。酒店衞生挺好的。配置也全。冰箱，廚房晾衣繩都有配置，短長期住都很舒適。

房子不錯，房東人也挺好的。非常寬敞，設施也齊全，晚上有點怕冷，房東馬上送了一床被子過來，非常nice！！推薦！

這次來深圳出差，來這裏還蠻驚喜的，離地鐵站好近，客服管家也會提前告知，聯繫一下就找到了，後面要一些東西，開發票啥的，直接微信問管家要，都會送過來蠻方面的，而且有洗衣機，適合我這種不喜歡洗東西的人，然後能做飯，但是我沒做，冰箱我也買了一些飲料放裏面，晚上回來喝，感覺什麼都有，有點家的感覺，雖然是公寓民宿，都還蠻乾淨的，進來的時候還有香薰味道，總是出差，很少坐下來看電視，晚上打開投影看了下，很少看投影，隨便看了下，還蠻有意思的最最最重要的，就是這個風景，我很喜歡，傍晚拍的，真的蠻好看的，然後一張是快晚上下去吃飯拍的，在最盡頭的觀光電梯拍的 ，發給朋友看都説好看嘿嘿（*^▽^*），總之我覺得這個位置和風景，這個價格，絕對值了，對了最主要很安靜，去過很多酒店都在馬路邊好吵，這邊關窗隔音是真不錯，也在市中心，晚上人流也少，很少寫好評，但是這次真不錯，還蠻開心的。

離地鐵站近,,吃飯方便

贊贊，酒店這隔音效果，妥妥的 “睡眠保鏢”空調很安靜，關上房門沒有任何噪音，白天我在房間內進行網上會議，也絲毫不用擔心外界干擾，高效又省心，智能馬桶，高清大電視，房間設備也很齊全，硬件都很嶄新，服務人員很有禮貌，整個住宿過程便捷又安心！

房間有煙味～雪櫃也有味道～洗衣設備可以～熱水爐用15分鐘就會冷～一邊冷氣沒有岀風～ 本身見有寫提供煮食用具…但原來都已生鏽不能用，問了房東，他建議訂房前提岀需要煮食。 位置優秀～到地鐵十分方便。

位置方便，房間整齊清潔，晚上也很寧靜，很有家的感覺

公寓地理位置特別好，坐地鐵到車公廟地鐵站A口步行100米左右就到公寓， 綠色出行坐地鐵簡直不要太方便，這邊是繁華的商圈，打車還是出行都很方便！住好幾天都很方便，還有洗衣機用！ 公寓的服務人員都有很強的服務意識，在我入住的時候公寓裏的一個男生很熱情地給我講解了附近周邊好玩的地方以及告知我深圳未來幾天的天氣， 關心我是否有帶雨傘… 真的很nice！ 後面得知我航班延誤需要late check out的時候積極的為我安排了，還問我需不需要幫忙叫車。 下次見。

這次是一個人的一個旅程，有幸認識了房東，得到了很多有用的幫助，在這裏對房東表示感謝。説回酒店位置非常好，就是我們地鐵口a口出來。附近的美食特別多。最讓我感受深刻的是房東的服務的温度。我到的時間已經很晚了。我嘗試聯繫了房東，他都很認真詳細的給我解答各種問題。很推薦！

離車公廟站步行3分鐘, 非常方便! 到達時至電房管小姐, 她會前來大堂外便利店接待, 引領我們上單位及加我們好友, wechat 填資料及告知門鎖密碼, 要付RMB200押金, 離開後會退回! 房間都可算整潔, 可是沒有電視機，有點不習慣！浴簾有點污穢，小心翼翼以免觸摸到！
