Me encantó este hotel. Me quedo aquí cada vez que visito Shenzhen. El servicio es increíble y las habitaciones espectaculares. Definitivamente me quedaré aquí de nuevo.

The kids and I only stayed with the hotel for a night and the hotel met our needs. The location is convenient and we enjoyed a free movie before check out.

The hotel bed was really comfortable and they will top up room amenities daily. At the lobby, there is water/small snacks provided with hairbands,clips and even sanitisation wipes. Breakfast was simple but okay. You can always order in food from apps. The hotel was in a more quiet area but overall we had a good rest there.

Room condition is good. Comfortable to stay.
But the hotel is a bit far from the Gangxia Metro station.
Hotel receptionist is not very helpful when a foreigner has questions to ask, even if I speak fluent mandarin.

Nice hotel, just a short walk from MTR. Reception staff were very friendly and even though they do not speak English, we were able to communicate well though translation apps. Room was spacious and clean. Didn’t have food from the restaurant, so cannot comment. The gym is very basic and small, but we were not focusing on working out during our stay. There is a very convenient laundry room where you can wash, dry and iron your clothes. Saves taking a load of dirty washing home! I would recommend this hotel if you are keen to explore Shenzhen, Hong Kong or other nearby provinces.
