I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the air conditioning in my rooms during my recent stay at Manxin Hotel on 13-15 of DEC. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit did not function properly overnight, It keep shut down automatically making my stay uncomfortable. Despite changing another room at 0400am, the air conditioning still working in the same way, seems there is some problem about the IR detection system malfunction. This was horribly affected my whole family ability to sleep and enjoy my vacation. I would appreciate your attention to this matter and any compensation or resolution you could offer for the inconvenience experienced.

Near nantau ancient town, about 10 mins walk. No other entertainment around hotel. Food Delivery is convenient though. Nice staff, ver helpful. Hotel provides tea and snacks. Interesting, they provide handcream but not body lotion, body lotion would be more appropriate!

With such services, cleanliness, environment, amenities & environment I thought I'm staying in 5 stars hotel :) A real great stay in Manxin, spacious room, confirm bed, quality amenities, even hair dryer also Laifen! The laundry at basement are real great, detergent, laundry room service all included, highly recommended I would like to stay in again for next!

The location is not close to shopping mall, but nice place to relax and not noise. Breakfast is so so. Not many restaurants outside hotel, but you can order takeaway.
