We had a fabulous time at the Shangri-La Nanshan. The rooms are beautifully appointed with a gorgeous view of the water and city. We were here to celebrate my husband's birthday, and the hotel decorated our room and gave him a cake to celebrate. The afternoon tea and breakfast buffet was incredibly delicious and well suited for the Asian palate where it wasn't overly sweet. However the best thing at this hotel are the staff. They were always courteous, sweet, and helpful. It is definitely one of the best stays we had. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Absolutely superb. The most beautiful and well designed hotel I've ever been to, even the smallest details were talen care of with different fine materials and textures. The staff were always attentive to help even before you asked them. Alice in reception was excellent during our check-out. The views are something else, and same for the afternoon tea. Very nice and sophisticated environment, including other guests.

โรงแรมเปิดใหม่ ตกแต่งสวยทำเลดี ติดรถไฟใต้ดิน ติดห้าง มีซุปเปอร์มารฺ์เกตใหญ่ และร้านอาหารมากมาย วิวจากในห้องสวยมาก พนักงานหน้าFront ชื่อ Tina บริการดีมากทประทับใจมากค่ะ พนักงานบริการในห้องอาหาร Lucas Pan บริการดีมาก จำรายละเอียดลูกค้าได้เป็นอย่างดีว่าชอบทานอะไร ประทับใจมากมากค่ะ พนักงานข้างหน้าคอยเรียกรถให้ก็บริการดีมากค่ะ โรงแรมมีบริการLate check out ให้ด้วยค่ะ น่ารักมาก เนื่องจากไฟลท์บินดีเลย์ค่ะ

酒店審美有驚喜到，大堂挑高嵌入綠意，有東南亞氣息，開闊通透又不清冷，綠意旺盛。樓道和房間內有一些中式元素，主色調是非常高雅的綠色系，深綠淺綠都用得雅緻。灣景房是一半城市一半海水的view，晚上海岸靜謐，早晨藍天高遠，陽光照到床上的時候感受是温暖的視野是朗闊的，心情很好。早餐豐富度很完善了，飲品有椰青，水果有蓮霧，火腿有配烤菠蘿，鬆餅有花生醬櫻桃醬十幾種可以配，服務員會來送烤麪包布丁。雖然半夜預訂入住等了一會找訂單，但酒店硬件在深圳可以説遙遙領先，整體感受是比滿意要再好一點的～

第一次入住南山香格里拉酒店，感覺非常好，房間不算很大，但乾淨舒適，配套齊全，酒店套票包了美美的打卡下午茶和豐富的早餐，真的很超值！服務方面更加是值得讚賞，Check in在66樓，前台經理Lynn Lin非常專業和殷勤，當我發現房間有一些小問題，她都立馬幫我解決，另外一位靚靚服務經理Olivia Yu也非常友善細心，知道我們來慶祝生日，給我送上蛋糕和水果盤，很窩心！總括是非常滿意和難忘，值得推薦的酒店之一，會再次光臨！

酒店很新，房間設備先進，但健身室、泳池等還未開放。服務殷勤，有職員帶領到房間，可惜進入第一間房間電燈總掣有問題，不過職員也很快幫我們另換房間。我們的價錢包括一份二人下午茶及兩份早餐。
我們要先在trip.com預付全費，到了酒店前台再要付房費及按金，退房後即日退回按金，之後trip.com全退回預付款到信用卡帳戶。雖然此付款方法到最後也會退回預付，但感覺這樣的付款安排感覺不太好。我覺得應該好像其他酒店般在網上付房費，在酒店前台付按金就可以。如何可以這樣，我想會有更高入住率。

南山新開業的香格里拉酒店，看到酒店的圖片很漂亮，就過來入住體驗一下，結果超預期的滿意。酒店的設計很滿意，用的是新加坡風結合了廣東嶺南風情元素，温馨、高雅又親切。
66樓雲端高空大堂吧下午茶1套:風景絕佳、近看高爾夫球場、遠眺春筍和春繭，還有沿海的紅樹林和深圳灣公園。下午茶點心精緻美味，餐廳服務非常勤快、親切。早餐的自助餐也在66樓，品種很多基本齊全，關鍵是材料新鮮，現煮的麪和粥裏海鮮新鮮，能吃出海鮮的鮮甜味，西式蛋卷非常棒，完勝很多五星酒店的早餐。
設施：酒店房間裝修風格既温馨又高雅，酒店房間設施齊全，智能馬桶、浴缸，可雙面開門的洗手池，淋浴門上雙面都有掛毛巾桿，總之各種細節都想到了，做的非常到位。
服務：從門僮到前台，從餐廳到客房服務員都面帶笑容，服務很熱情，講解裝修、裝飾、設施仔細而耐心，有問必答，有求必應，服務100分。尤其是前台的酒店賓客關係Alice美眉服務周到熱情細心，必須點贊👍🏻！
