Convinient location, great facilities, bed is clean and comfortable, good sleep. Only downside is the cleaning, floor only cleaned once couple of days, alot dust, breakfast lacks of change, food quality is not up to 5 star hotel.

Room was spacious, but cleanliness await to be improved. Check in at night and there’s a mall beside.

If more restaurants opens, it would be better. The lady called Nancy Wong duty @front desk is very nice ＆ professional.

hotel is new and clean, just abit far and no bigger shopping mall around.

Although there was a slight hiccup concerning the Executive Lounge at first, the management team has been eager to resolve the problems. We could feel their sincerity and the whole journey was a pleasant one. Special thanks to Eva, Mike and James - you all contributed to this memorable experience. Looking forward to seeing you all again.

The treehouse family room is pretty good. My boy likes the slide so much.

We stayed there for two nights with our two year old son and my parents. We all enjoyed the stay vey much. The rooms are large with a very nice view. Services are excellent including the room service robot. Locations are perfect connecting two shopping malls and the metro, lots to do for a two year old. Special thanks to the manager Rain, who is very friendly and helpful. There is no problems communicating in Chinese and English.

酒店位置地理環境非常好，附近有兩間大型商場，並且鄰近地鐵站，食玩買都十分方便！ 另外，酒店設施及裝修非常新，房間很整潔乾淨，十分光猛，而且房間很大很寬敞，房內的落地大玻璃提升了空間感，整體住宿非常舒適。 要特別讚賞前台員工Nancy，她得知今次我們此行是慶祝家人生日，特意升級了套房並送了水果盤給我們，而且在入住期間，會關心我們有什麼需要，真的很感謝她熱心及親切的服務態度，令我們賓至如歸，留下了美好的回憶❤️ 下次我們也一定會再選擇光明美爵酒店，因為無論是配套、服務甚至房間都令我們超級滿意，這裡絕對是我們下次再出行的第一選擇😍

整個光明最好的酒店，位置真的很方便，6號線鳳凰城站D出口，店房間很大，全景落地玻璃窗，入住房間非常整潔乾淨，還送上酒店紀念玩偶小熊，睡得好舒服。早餐是自助的，品種豐富，味道也不錯。酒店旁邊就是萬達廣場，藍鯨世界商場超級便利，下次來光明，還會來住這個酒店。

第一次在光明新區入住酒店，找到評價和地段都不錯的美爵酒店了。入住酒店後，首先覺得酒店很新，環境舒適，而且帶有一定的現代化文藝氣息，負責照料我的服務管家Joe也很貼心的給我帶來驚喜，幫我升級了入住的房間級別。之後對我的一些服務資訊也是耐心的解答。真的是很nice！以後有機會去到光明，或者朋友去玩也會推薦美爵酒店和服務管家Joe👍
