Hotel location is good but no wifi in our room we contacted the hotel during our stay 2 times and still they didn’t do anything, wifi working only in the pool area and in the lobby our room on 3rd floor no internet for 3 days , we wanted to extend but because of this we will leave , also breakfast is very basic, shower water pressure is so low and you need to wait at least 3 minutes for the hot water , anyways the hotel is beautiful and the bed is comfortable the staff are very friendly

Hotel amenities are definitely so bad. The door uses an old style key and there's no safe box in the room. The shower is very basic and has no warm water and the water pressure is so bad. Cleaning was ok. Breakfast is also very basic.

Good location close to the beach which is surfing beach,staff nice and helpful and trying to accommodate what we need.Enjoy our stay and will be back.

Really liked the location cuz it was near the beach, it was a bit dusty and the rooms were old but it is great value for money and the pool was excellent, staff were really helpful and nice, would recommend.

Was a very clean place to stay. We booked as an in between hotel before our flight. Food was lovely

Afternoon receptionist on 2/11/2023 accused us of not paying (when everything was already paid for online). After showing them the e-payment invoice they reluctantly let us check-in with sour faces. Walls are not soundproof and bathtub was broken with a huge crack. Although other staff tried to make it up to us later on, but the first impression was horrible and we did not feel welcome there at all.

The staff at the hotel were lovely as for the management of the hotel they ran out of towels we swam in a pool that was completely green due to algae until we found out from another guest they never informed us how filthy the water was we assumed it was the colour of the tiles had to dry our own pool towels due to shortage cancelled our booking with no explanation had to pay again had to pay to sleep on a mattress on the floor in my other sons room for 5 days then paid for another room for the remainder of our holiday not impressed with this hotel we have been coming to Bali for years this was a special trip for a 40th we will never stay at this hotel again

The hotel itself is quite nice, however the pool pump wasn’t working, and as such, the pool was filthy green, instead of being blue. The hotel could only advise that it was in “maintenance” for the last 10 days. Stayed 1 night and left. A shame.

Worst mistake i have ever made was staying at this hotel so i could be close to my friends wedding venue. Don't stay here if you want a good night sleep need to be up early or have a event to attend as you have no guarantee of a good night's sleep. There was one room having a party to 3am keeping all the other rooms awake and not once did the staff ask them to be quiet. If you need be up early or if you are going to an event do not stay at this hotel. I tired speaking to staff member in the morning and they acted like they didn't know what I was on about So I'm guessing they are just use to guests been kept awake all night and clearly they must not have staff on duty at night that are willing to ask guests still partying at 3 am to reduce the noise so all the other guests can enjoy there stay.
