很少給酒店差評，但是這家酒店真的讓我很不滿意大家自己先看圖片吧，電視跟床對不上，這個事情我不太理解。然後床也是相當之硬邦邦。沙發臟成這樣，馬桶也臟成這樣，手機浴巾真心很像抹布。講實話，躺了一會兒，直接換了酒店住，根本就沒在這家。過夜。。。實在實在是有點接受不太了。附近類似價格的公寓有很多。真心是不太能接受，雖然説價格屬實是不貴。但是也不能弄成這樣吧。。。。。。。哦對了，我的照片是精品大床房，精品哦。。。這個樓的地理位置還是非常不錯的，商場對面。地鐵口隔壁。

首先聲明 差評不是給房間 因為沒入住 是給老闆1.兩點之前無法入住：出來玩和出差難免有上午到想找個落腳地方的吧，之前來瀋陽住的是美豪麗致和黎明國際還有亞泰等等，上午來的時候很多，沒有入住不了的，服務態度非常好，這次因為陪朋友在附近面試，定的他家兩天，上午十點多到，一個樓裏面無數家小公寓那種，樓裏環境特別不好，到了16樓也沒有人接待，有一個房間開着門，裏面環境很不好，給他打電話説下午兩點才能入住，還揹着大包我就換了個酒店。當時因為太累了忘了一下定了兩天，就退了一天。2.老闆不近人情：早上平台彈窗讓點評，我才一下想起來忘退了，然後微信聯繫老闆説明瞭情況，拒絕退款沒毛病，畢竟沒入住是我的不對，然後想協商能不能換一天淡季的工作日，因為離得也不算遠，降房間等級，到時候住不滿提前告訴我來一天就行，不是差這個錢，心裏確實挺難受的，但老闆就是特別不近人情，沒有義務同意但是也太…自行選擇吧，經常來這個城市，但是這種公寓真的非必要不要定了

環境和設施還不錯，老闆人也很好。就是剛進去桌子上有一滴油，應該是保潔阿姨沒打掃乾淨吧，被罩也沒繫好露出裏面有點黃。保潔阿姨以後細心點就好了

設施齊全，空調、洗衣機、熱水器都有，很方便，有家的感覺。帶飄窗挺好的，可以看風景，也能放東西，瀋陽冬天的雪很美。周圍環境不錯，購物交通和賞景都很不錯，價格也合適。
