One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Friendly hardworking team serving breakfast. Friendly and efficient check in. Room clean and had what we needed, could have done with an easy chair. Good bathroom with a good shower. Aircon easy to work and effective.

Comfortable bed and a good sized room with bath, not just shower. Check in was straightforward and pleasant. Food on the first night was a bit disjointed for our large group but no complaints over the quality. Restaurant and bar staff were very accommodating and extremely warm and friendly. Would have no concerns about using this hotel again in the future

Great location in the city centre Easy check in and a lovely clean hotel with comfortable beds! the staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs especially for food on the Friday night and the bar being open until late which all helped to made our stay very enjoyable, being able to celebrate our chorus winning a gold medal in a singing competition!

The staff were all exceptional - so attentive and helpful. We were a large group of women in Sheffield for a singing convention and they really accommodated our needs in terms of rehearsal space, meals and great bar space to celebrate after the competition. Thank you!

The bed is INSANELY COMFORTABLE!! Lovely staff and good breakfast. What more do you need for a simple getaway. For me the experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. There was always someone on hand even if not actually at the desk we could contact them and they swiftly appeared. All staff were consistently helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great on both mornings and plenty of food. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable and I miss the bed!!

Great hotel with lovely staff. I have stayed multiple times and never had any issues at this site. Would recommend the premier plus rooms as they make the experience feel luxurious.
