Golf Beach Resort - Ultra All Inclusive

Jolie Ville Golf and Resort Sharm El Sheikh, We were totally disappointed with our holiday at Jolie Ville for the following reasons: Albeit our package accommodation was upgraded to the Royal wing the apartment we were allocated was a good walk outside the front of the main building and amenities and being both aged 70 and over it was exhausting to walk to and from the apartment each day. They is many apartments within the main building area which are easily more assessable to the main hotel and amenities. We give the hotel their dues as after 4 days of all this walking they did move us a little closer to the main building at our request. For the first few days we were happy to go to the pool bar to get tea, juices and snacks and relax by the pool but on the third day the management closed of the whole area including assess to the pool bar and pool and we were informed it was undergoing maintenance for a one month period. Albeit we were advised that tea,drinks, pool and snacks would be available at the pool at the Royal wing area, we had been moved further away from this area and we were back to long walks again in the opposite direction, also as all other pools were closed, this pool had become overwhelmed with holiday makers occupying the whole area around the pool, also they were unable to provide snacks to the same quality of the pool bar within the main resort area. In relation to the so called 12 restaurants only three were open one being the Bistro which one free meal voucher which was provided per stay and other bookings were charged, the second was the Lebanese restaurant which was only open one evening a week on Thursday and was chargeable and the thrird was the buffet.. As per advertised the restaurants we were looking forward to was the luxury of the Asian restaurant called the Mikado but this was closed and completely cleared out and was the same for the Madarin restaurant which we were very disappointed about. The Bella Vue bar attached to the Golf Course is a long way outside the main building with a long walk so we do not know whether this was open and at what times. In relation to all the other food outlets advertised all the rest were closed. The description of the resort is that there is a Lazy River. We have been to resorts in the past and was under the impression that this would be an amenity where we could relax whilst seating on an doughnut or similar floating around the resort for an hour or so getting the sun rays but this was not the case and no-one could use it as there was no facilities to do so. Looked pretty but a waste of space. What the resort description means by ' one of the largest adventure swimming pools in Egypt ' we don't know as we have been to a lot better and bigger in Egypt. During our exploration of the resort we decided to go the the beach but found that the only way to the none existent beach which was over a massive timber bridge construction and when over the other side there is a massive wo

El hotel para disfrutar las instalaciones es muy lindo, pero el servicio está muy pero muy por debajo de los estándares. En el bar son muy lentos, el trato solo es bueno si das propinas todos los días, hacen cosas para ahorrar recursos mientras tu pagas por un buen servicio.

Hemos estado allí 11 días alojados, el resort está muy bien, cerca tiene un arrecife ideal para hacer snorkel. El personal muy atento, especialmente Ameh que estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros. Las piscinas inmensas. Lo único que le falla es a la comida que es muy muy mala, poca variedad y no buen condimentado.
