The rooms are very basic, and worn out ; the food was really low quality ; most of the staff was pleasant but not of especially eager to go the extra mile . The Swimming pool area was nice enough , although the Aqua Park was not functional

Where to start. 3 of us in room yet room only had 2 towels and cups asked a number of time and still never got extra. Beach towels again only had two. Gave to cleaning when needed changed and never replaced so on last day got accused of taking them. Never got there till 11pm so couldn't even get a drink on arrival. On last day our all inclusive bands were taken off us at dinner time so not able to use even thought we were not leaving 19.35. Bearing in mind we had already lost one full day. Animation team well I wouldn't even call them that. Not once did they interact. No evening or day time activies for children or adults. Food not the best. Hotel in middle of know where need to use shuttle bus or taxi if you want to go anywhere. Shuttle bus is only 3 times a day to beach all mornings and 1 night time Shuttle to naama Bay. Pool areas dangerous grids around pool broken, tiles all sharp and broke. Then at aqua Park big holes in floor where electric is, as grids have been moved to the side. Oh and all inclusive ran out of beer. Wouldn't defo not return.

I loved this hotel. It is very good, clean and wonderful. The swimming pool is very clean and good. The food is very good. The parties are very wonderful and the animation team is very good and very funny. A wonderful atmosphere. The best hotel ever.

Very good hotell and very good animation, good hotell rooms and good food. The shows every day is very good and the pool is amazing for relaxing and hava a good pool for the children. I will recomend this hotell for the familys but also for a young people who want relax ant take it easy.

Beautiful hotel, very good restaurant, great food, very good animation team, great parties, very clean and good swimming pool, good workers, very good location. I loved this hotel and I would like to come again. It is one of the best hotels in Sharm El Sheikh.
