Very clean hotel, and a very excellent experience for me for park in hotel in Guangzhou and shoaxing. 

Pleasant stay. Everything was satisfactory. English-speaking representative at the front desk. The location was optimal, near tourist attractions. The cleanliness was satisfactory. Breakfast was also good. The front desk staff was helpful. Thank you for a memorable stay. I can recommend this hotel to my friends and family members. Everything exceeded expectations.

Nice hotel friendly staff with very clean and peaceful surroundings. Goos options to eat near by. Ample parking and has a nice by bowling and recreation area.

The room was small but clean and well furnished. Service was helpful and friendly. The TV has no language options and only allows casting from Chinese apps. The “gym” is inadequate, and there’s no restaurant in the hotel, and there are no activities for kids, but the lobby has delicious fresh black tea and coffee 24/7. The location is an easy 3-5 minute walk from Keqiao old town, but the hotel is tucked into an awkward alley and surrounded by run-down textile warehouses.

酒店就在柯橋古鎮旁，離柯巖景區打車也不遠，打車到紹興古城、東湖、蘭亭等熱門景點有些距離，但打車倒也方便！酒店有早餐（中規中矩），人多的時候有些雜亂，沒有中晚餐，衹能古鎮解決或外賣，建議酒店給予重視和改善！表揚前台小陳，從我入住前電話諮詢，到幾天後離店，他是天天都在熱情接待客人！

酒店的親子套房有兩個衞生間洗漱間，裡間和外間都有空調控制。小冰箱裏的飲料是免費的。 停車場除了門前位置外，再走幾步還有一大停車場，退房和酒店登記，可以免費停36小時。酒店前台和客房服務都很好，12點前打電話詢問入住，接着安排加急打掃。辦理入住時前台人員小王和小石服務很好，很熱情。酒店人員還提前去房間查看打掃情況。 酒店早餐也可以，春節期間也沒有很擁擠。有送外賣的機器人，外賣員直接輸入房間號就送達了。 從酒店出來有專門指示牌引導去往柯橋古鎮，幾分鐘就到了，很方便，古鎮很商業化，晚上去逛逛看看夜景即可。

一言難盡，首先聲明，服務差評不是給總枱兩位彬彬有禮禮貌待客的服務員的，而是給當天值班的*姓經理的，我們年初二入住，年初三玩的很晚回到酒店，我愛人和女兒住在一個房間，她們兩人凌晨一點多入睡的，我太太睡下後，一直聞到一股濃烈的臭味兒，又不知道哪兒來的味道，熬到凌晨兩點多實在忍受不了，打開燈仔細查看，才發現本應鋪在床腳的被子鋪在床頭 了，所以聞到的全是臭腳丫味 噁心了一宿，第二天早飯也沒有胃口去吃了，初四中午十一點去退房時與酒店反映，那位*姓經理百般狡辯，並説餐廳系統裏顯示她們去吃過早餐了，待查過客房走廊監控後馬上又改口説是餐廳門口的服務員敲錯房間了，問題是餐廳門口都是刷房卡的，而且那麼巧又是我們住的房間被敲錯？大白天滿嘴謊言信口雌黃胡説八道！*經理最後丟下一句，賠付一天房費的百分之二十，不要的話自己去找攜程處理，他們不管了……這就是錦江旗下的酒店，無語！

酒店靠近柯橋古鎮，高速下來15分鐘就是。非常方便。房間整潔，設施齊全。春節期間每天都有很帥的小哥哥贈送水果。前台工作人員小石和小王服務也很好，都很熱心，專門幫我們換了高樓層，窗户望出去能看到柯橋古鎮夜景。
