Great hotel, both the facilities and the professionalism of the staff, is to be praised. Services at the front desk reception is excellent and the staff are attentive and strike to provide extra assistances to guest such as helping us to purchase a traditional gift from the local market and booking taxi for ud to the rail station upon check out. Services at the breakfast area can be improved to be more polite and attentive with smiles to match the front desk. Smiling and attentiveness will bring the hotel quality to the next level of a 5 star boutique hotel.

這次入住汕頭潮宏基城際酒店，真的是一次非常愉快的體驗！首先，酒店的服務讓我感到非常温馨，前台的謝小小同事和她身邊幾位同事們特別熱情且有禮貌，讓我感到賓至如歸👏。他們的服務讓我們感受到了家的温暖。工作人員還特別細心，當我在吃葯時，居然給我提供了勺子，這種貼心的關懷真的是讓人感動💖。 此外，酒店送給我們的早餐非常豐盛，開啟了我們美好的一天🍽️！還有潮博館的門票也讓我們的旅行更加豐富🌟。最令我驚喜的是，酒店還送了我們一些小禮物🎁，這份心意讓我感到非常開心和温暖😊。 酒店的免費洗衣服務也特別好，衣服洗出來散發著清香，非常方便和舒適👚✨。這是我第一次入住城際酒店，整體體驗非常超乎我的預期，未來一定還會選擇這個品牌的酒店💯。 唯一的小小遺憾是酒店的地理位置稍微不太方便，外牆也有些許污漬，但是這些小問題完全不影響酒店整體的優質服務和舒適體驗🙌。 總的來説，如果下次再來到汕頭，我依然會選擇汕頭潮宏基城際酒店，並向朋友們推薦這家服務一流、温馨舒適的酒店
