Hoteles Indigo en Shanghái

La gerente de turno de recepción, Lulu, fue atenta y meticulosa, y respondió rápidamente. La habitación que nos asignó nos encantó. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, lo que facilita los desplazamientos. Justo al salir, está el muelle, y es ideal para pasear por la orilla del río después de cenar. Lo único no tan bueno es la dificultad para aparcar, pero tampoco se le puede culpar al hotel. Si tengo otra oportunidad, volveré a elegir este hotel.

An amazing stay from start to finish! Impeccably clean rooms, incredibly comfortable beds, and a super helpful staff（Lucky） The location is ideal for exploring. Waking up to that view was the highlight of our mornings. We highly recommend this gem and will definitely be returning. 5 stars without a doubt!

I have never written a review before but we had such an amazing stay at Hotel indigo i had to review it. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, everything was so clean and luxurious. The location is perfect, right infront of dishui lake, you are able to watch the fireworks from the hotel balcony. The breakfast was delicious and had a diverse selection to choose from. Our first room was beautiful and had stunning views of the city but we we kindly upgraded to a lake veiw room which was even more beautiful. We were also offered complimentary breakfast. The staff at the hotel were helpful and super friendly even helping up to rent bikes throughout the day and night. I would like to specifically thank Claire one of the on duty managers who was so kind and very helpful with renting bikes, Angus who also rented us bikes and was so helpful with anything we needed and was always available for us to contact, his english was very good, this made communication very easy. And Carter who really went out of his way to help and make us feel welcomed. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.
