Parece un gran hotel desde las fotos, pero la realidad es muy diferente a eso. En aspectos generales, está abandonado, poco cuidado y sucio. Los espacios más frecuentes como la piscina exterior por todas las razones anteriores no se llegan a disfrutar. Practiqué arquería, y aunque fue divertido, está diseñado para niños, por lo que es muy pequeño. En cuanto a la comida, no la recomiendo para nada, las condiciones de limpieza son muy malas, la carta es muy escasa, y el Buffet parece de un hotel de una quinta parte de lo que cuesta este. En mi caso, la comida que ordenó mi pareja estaba en mal estado, y la enfermó. Cuando fuí, había personal del staff que hablaba español, por lo que ahí le doy un punto positivo. La habitación es la mejor parte del hotel, es la única razón por la que no pongo todo el puntaje en 1, ya que el balcon es bonito, la habitación espaciosa, pero las sábanas de la cama estaban sucias y tenían olor a viejo. Teniendo en cuenta todo esto, hay muchísimas mejores opciones en Songjiang para pasar el fin de semana. Es un hotel demasiado caro para lo que ofrece.

Me quedé con mi madre y mis hijos para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi bebé y reservé dos noches. La primera noche de check-in, el director de relaciones con los huéspedes, Xu Haiyang, se mostró entusiasmado, ayudó a mejorar la habitación y les dio a los niños un lindo obsequio. Perfect place for a little “beach” getaway within Shanghai! Lovely rooms, wide range of activities on the property, and fantastic pool with a beachfront for kids to play and adults to rest on the sun-loungers. The restaurant has fantastic service and decent dinner and breakfast buffets. Highly recommend!

The hotel is a little out of the way but This pool is amazing and well worth the trip out! You get a beach feel while being in a pool! Pablo on check in was awesome, super helpful and very accommodating

it was good for having a relaxing time and getting out of the city but not too far from it. very accessible now as it is only about 1 km from the subway station, too bad it is a very lean season so the hotel was really quite, no breakfast buffet offered at the time I stayed but I had a wonderful brunch at Royal Restaurant, the Chinese dim-sum buffet resto at the hotel, delicious food and had a good offer too at only 99 rmb. although the hotel is niw a bit old as it used to be Sofitel Sheshan, I bet this place is busy during summer since there is a big pool outside and beautiful garden too. Thanks for the friend staff Sue and Bill.

I don't usually leave the review but this one you guys need to refer. *Indoor swimming pool shower room: I've never experienced such a dirty place. There is a lot of mould in the shower room. No one cleans the shower room. Never visit again. Worst / horrible experience. *The living light(on the table) turns on by itself when sleeping.
