We cant check in bcs of late arrival, the staff that were supposed to be at the counter were nowhere to be seen. After 2 hours of waiting, the staff had arrive and we have to wait for him to prepare the room, we don’t get our room but still get a room of the same price we paid.

Overall I satisfied with the hotel

A bit dissapponted because the room small for three person and the sofa bed dusty

Im still not received my deposit even after 3 times gave my details as requested. Supposed I will get back my deposit after 2 working days but Im waiting for 20 days, yet no payment done by hotel. Already text them to ask for status but never reply after twice time gave them details required I have tried to call hotel but not answer!!! Wasting my time and not recommended to stay here. It’s good and convenient to have machine for self check in and check out but makesure you kept your promise and never neglect you still need staff to handle customer inquiries.

Startegic Near, restoran for breakfast, tea time and dinner.

good location. Average service. Room was small, but I was fine with it. Air con not working. Don’t even have basic amenity like toilet paper or soap. Bed linens had blood stains and other marks on it. Hair can be found around the bed and floor. Room not clean. Very bad experience. Will never come back again.
