Cometí el error de cruzar la habitación sin zapatos. Cuando me metí en la ducha, el suelo de la ducha se puso ***** con toda la suciedad que me bañaba los pies. Las sábanas y las almohadas se sentían húmedas ... tanto que mi esposa usó toallas envueltas como almohada. Anunciaron que tenían un desayuno gratis ... y luego, un día antes de registrarnos, recibimos un correo electrónico de trip.com que decía básicamente: "¡Oh, maldición! Acabamos de descubrir que no están desayunando. Así que lo haremos acreditarte un dólar ". ¿PERDÓNEME? El desayuno cuesta mucho más de un dólar. El estacionamiento necesita ser repavimentado. La puerta del baño no cerró bien. Su personal de mantenimiento no parecía estar motivado para hacer su trabajo. En el lado bueno, me gustó la rampa en lugar de las escaleras. Ahora pregúntame cómo me siento realmente con el lugar.

El motel estaba muy limpio y agradable. La única queja que tengo es que se suponía que iba a haber desayuno, pero no lo hubo.

We attended an event being held in the conference center of this motel, so it seemed logical to book a room at the motel itself. We looked forward to a nice swim in the motel pool as we drove into Pigeon Forge. The pool water was green, and the hot tub water, what was left in it, even greener. The room had black mold on the ceiling, which caused one of us to become ill the next day. The floor was filthy. The mattress protectors under the sheets were heavily stained. The bathtub felt like there was a body underneath it - it was not flat or level, very lumpy and strange underfoot. There were suspicious brown stains on the bathroom wall. I am 5 foot 2 inches and the ceiling in the shower was so low that I am sure anyone over 5 foot 6 inches would probably hit their head while showing. I paid in advance, $140 total, for two people, one night. The people who obviously hated their job checking us in at a folding table in the lobby seemed to have no record of not just my booking, but judging by the complaints of others checking in - their bookings. After our stay, I saw this motel listing rooms on a google search for $35 a night, so I am sure our price was jacked up due to the event being held, but I still feel very ripped off for a bad time in a filthy place with no breakfast included. The only good thing I can say about the room is that it did not smell of cigarette smoke. When I was checking out, a man checking out before me was very angy and upset about his stay and asked for the owner's direct phone number. I felt rather bad for the guy working the desk, because he must bear the brunt of customer's anger daily. He looked at me like he expected more of the same from me, but what is the point in tearing into someone who just needs a job? The upper management, and probably the Wyndham corporate policies are to blame. Do not stay at this motel.

Hotel was older but clean. Convenient to Gatlinburg, and the Smoky Mountain parkway. The room had everything you needed mini fridge, small coffee maker, hairdryer. A elevator to the second and third floors. But it wasn’t convenient to both ends of the large outdoor entrances. The beds were comfortable. The room had a flat screen tv but the remote controls didn’t work. We tried to call the front desk, but the phone didn’t work either. When we went to the front desk to tell them, they said they didn’t know the rooms had phones. They gave us a new remote that also didn’t work. There was only 1 washcloth and towel in the room, but they gave us more when we went to the front desk. The air conditioning worked well. The pool was open but not heated as advertised.

nice place with cheap price, good enough

It was an OK Place. Some of the Employees could at least pretended they gave a **** about their guests. And the rooms could of been a little bit cleaner.

This place is the worst place that I have stayed. there was no running water for the shower There no remote for the TV,(which is a big deal when you have a little kids traveling to give them a break and watch some cartoons) there was only two pillows for The two beds, the curtains we’re barely hanging on, Sorry fell on my child. There was no breakfast at 8:15 AM and the worker hadn’t even gotten there yet. The floors were dirty from construction had not even been cleaned, I want to refund of all of my money I feel like they should’ve paid me to stay there .

Close to stuff and good price but dirty not t cleaned at all. If it wasn’t a good price I wouldn’t have stayed. Days inn should be ashamed

The staff in the Lobby needs to greet the visitors, their really poor on that. other than that the stay was really good.
