Valoraciones de Aloft Seoul Myeongdong

Great location being just next to the famous Myeungdong shopping street and centrally located around the major metro lines, making it so easy to explore other parts of seoul by train. Rooms are new and well maintained! My dealbreaker for hotel rooms is always the toilet and here - Aloft shines. Spacious, functioning rain shower and nice, heated (!) toilet seats. Facilities are sp**** (no swimming pool, no rooftop bar) but for the price, it's a great option.

Location was great as it was within 5 mins walk to Myeongdong shopping street and Myeongdong underground shopping. Lotte and shinsegae were opposite the hotel. Bus stop outside the hotel brings you to dongdaemun for night shopping. Plentiful of food options nearby hotel. Convenience store GS25 and 7 11 were just downstairs. Has a laundry room (payable). Hotel provides free coffee and popcorn at the lobby. Room was confortable and spacious enough for us to lay out the luggages.

2回目の宿泊でしたが立地もよく、朝食も美味しく、とてもよかったです。フロントの女性の方ですが日本語が上手でとてもわかりやすく説明してくれました。とても感謝しています。次回も宿泊したいと思いました。ありがとうございました。

環境很好，早餐不錯

商務需求入住，下樓就是換錢所一條街，緊鄰明洞商店街，附近有星巴克，距離明洞Isaac走路約5分鐘，酒店附近找早餐很方便。

Nice stay in the middle of Seoul. High recomemdation for everyone. Location is quite good, eating, shooping, city tour everthing can be reach in couple minutes. New hotel with friendly staff.

酒店位處明洞，去明洞步行街只需幾分鐘。穿過行人隧道很快就能到達樂天商場及免稅店，無論飲食及購物都非常方便及多選擇。 今次旅程，買手信至最後一刻，之後返酒店收拾好就啟程去機場回家啦！酒店位置非常好，時間可以用到盡。

地理位置真不錯，在2號線和4號線中間，去樂天世界都不用轉車，很近明洞夜市，對面不遠就是樂天百貨，早餐選擇太少，如果每天都吃就很悶了，房間有點小，不提供牙刷牙膏，其餘都很好，

這家酒店我不推薦入住，我也不會再入住！我由早上九點多到達酒店先辦理行李寄存，櫃檯女職員幫我辦理入住手續，刷卡付款完畢，過了一會又跟我說刷錯金額，得取消金額再刷過。刷完又說刷錯。浪費了我差不多一個小時，最後說下午入住時再刷。下午終於成功辦理入住，我也用信用卡付款完畢。凌晨12:02， 沒錯！凌晨12:02，酒店男職員打電話說我沒付款，必須得立即下去付款！然後過了幾分鐘，又說他自己搞錯了，同事沒有更新付款資料！我被吵醒就睡不着了！ 這說明這家酒店的內部管理很混亂！員工極需要再培訓！非常不愉快的入住經驗，我不會再入住這家酒店！！！ I do not recommend this hotel and I will not stay here again! I arrived at the hotel at 9am and checked in my luggage, the lady at the desk helped me check in and swiped my card to pay for my stay, but after a while, she told me that she had swiped the wrong amount, so I had to cancel the amount and swipe it again. I will never stay here again! I wasted almost an hour and was told to swipe again in the afternoon when I checked in. In the afternoon, I was able to check in, and I paid by credit card. 12:02am, yes! At 12:02am, the male hotel staff called me and said I didn't pay, so I had to go down and pay immediately! Then a few minutes later, he said he made a mistake and his colleague didn't update the payment information! I couldn't sleep after I was woken up by the noise! This shows that this hotel's management is a mess! The staff needs to be retrained! Very unpleasant experience, I will not stay at this hotel again!!!!

一共住了8晚，用完沐浴露，隔日執房員没補上，要通知前台才補充，隔2天洗髪水用完，隔日也是沒補上。對萬豪失望。但前台服務非常好。就是room service bad!

Front desk service is very good, the 2 male staffs could speak and understand English well. One of them even helped us call a retail shop regarding our purchase delivery. Location is good for the Myeondong food street in the evening, 2min walk. As for subway station, it would require a longer walk about 5-7min fast walk to Myeondong station or about 10-15min walk to City Hall station. Namdaemun Market is also nearby, about 10min walk. Daily housekeeping and amenities top up is the lowest score here because they don’t fold the pajamas or they don’t place it at the front of bed. sometimes you’ll find the pajamas beside the pillows near headboard, sometimes on the bedside table. They also did not replenish lotion after the initial bottle was used up within 3days.
