Rooms are comfy, staff is very friendly and helpful, indoor pool is a good option for a rainy day. The dinner at Prime restaurant was delightful and service was pleasant. The drinks (*****ni) tasted well and the view meanwhile sunset unbeatable.

We arrived about an hour and a half before check in opened, but there were no parking spots, so we had to park in a public car park a few blocks away.
We were offered a welcome drink, but at the bar were then told that this only covered coffee - as it was about 30 degrees outside, we kindly declined.
The room was very comfortable, clean and tastefully furnished. It was one of those rooms that you just feel really cosy and at home in, so that was perfect.
Breakfast was a little chaotic - it was busy holiday time, granted, but with the squeeze in the breakfast room it didn't seem particularly relaxing.
Location of the hotel is good - right by the beach.

The hotel was good and had very friendly service. The room itself was pretty small especially the bathroom but clean and nice. The restaurant was located at top floor with great view to the sea and you always found something for breakfast. Unfortunately it was boring after 3rd day as it was always same and not as used to in 4* hotel. In the evening it was difficult to find a spot for your bicycle inside as there is no dedicated safe room provided, only very narrow place under the stairs.

Großes Lob an das Küchen- und Serviceteam, das stets versucht hat, alles möglich zu machen, was man sich wünscht.
Schade fand ich, dass im Schwimmbad die Düsen nicht funktioniert haben. Ein wenig hat mir die Gründlichkeit des Hauskeepings gefehlt - leere Batterien in der Fernbedienung, Schmutz auf der Ablage, wenn man vom Speisesaal die Treppe heruntergeht, fehlende Teile in der Minibar.
Wir waren aber im Großen und Ganzen mit dem Hotel zufrieden und würden es weiterempfehlen und auch erneut buchen.

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers entsprach nicht den Werbeversprechen im Internet. Dort vielen vor allem die bequemen Sessel ins Auge. In dem kleinen Zimmer standen dagegen harte "Gartenstühle" . Danke der etwas älteren Dame an der Rezeption, die uns diese Zumutung gegen kleine Sessel austauschte. Der Speisekarte fehlte di e Vielseitigkeit des Angebots. Wir vermissten vor allem leichte, kleine Gerichte , eine Abendkarte. So gingen wir als ältere Menschen außer Haus essen.

4 wunderbare Tage (ÜN/F) waren wir im Strandhotel: der Service war überall makellos und sehr aufmerksam (Restaurant, Rezeption). Das Frühstücksbüffett lies keine Wünsche offen, das Personal blieb auch bei großem Andrang und begrenzter Platzanzahl am Wochenende professionell. Der Fitnessraum war gut ausgestattet, Pool und Sauna ansprechend und sauber und wurde reichlich von uns genutzt. Ein Aufguss-Kübel wäre noch schön! Im Restaurant Prime mit traumhaften Blick aus der 6. Etage wurden wir abends a la carte kulinarisch verwöhnt. Parkplätze gegen kräftigen Aufpreis von 15€/Nacht gleich hinterm Hotel, aber weiter weg auch billiger möglich.

Ich hatte mich auf diese für mich sehr teuren 4 Übernachtungen gefreut...Anscheinend ist das im Strandhotel ein Kurzaufenthalt.Ich hatte ein deluxeDoppelzimmer,im 5ten Stock.Das man die Regentraufe,der Dachüberlauf ,aus 2 Röhren direkt auf den Balkon leitet,hatte ich vorher noch nie..Selbst wenn es nicht regnete,war der Balkon nass..Die Regendusche ist auch nicht funktionsfähig,und die Flasche Sekt,Aufmerksamkeit der Hotelleitung,wurde in der Minibar warm,weil die auf Zimmertemperatur läuft..Kühlen ist nicht.Das sei wohl in allen Zimmern so eingestellt,meinte der nette Herr an der Rezeption. Der Kleiderschrank reicht nicht mal für eine Person,und die Schranktür daneben,ist mehr ne Attrappe.Da passt 1 Paar Schuhe quer rein.. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet,der Wellnessbereich auch.Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.Für über 200€ die Nacht erwarte ich einen Schrank,und eine funktionierende Minibar...
