As the name, excellent. Stay was awesome

Firstly they have given a faulty room which had water clogging and no water in the secondly they advertised as a resort with pool which was not filled with water. They did not have courtesy to refund the money as they had water issue. Additionally the staff were polite and courteous no issues with them. Must be a adminstration issue as they were not able to secure water were as other resorts had their pool open usable for guests

Property location was excellent, sea facing. Also, they gave us good food as per our needs. Staff was also helpful and supportive.

Condition of room, hotel, was good and food was delicious. However, room service could have been better. Late due to under-staffing can be understandable. But not attending the call for entire day is not acceptable. This was the only complaint that i have. Rest of the experience was good. Hence, rated 4 out of 5

Our entire stay was really comfortable overall. One advantage of the hotel's location was that it was directly in front of the beach. The bathroom was the only thing i didn't enjoy; it wasn't clean enough, the water in the sink wasn't draining, and the breakfast could have been much better.

As per pay we didn't get proper service. Per night we paid 7000 but didn't get basic facility like hand wash, paper napkins and
hygiene is not up to the mark. Also quality of food is average and breakfast has very limited items. Overall we didn't enjoy our trip.

Vets excellensea has excellent location which is just opposite of karde beach one of the finest and cleanest beaches. The super deluxe rooms are sea facing and you can just relax in the balcony watching the beautiful sea tides and enjoy the tranquility and peace. At night you can also relax or have a walk at the small lawn in the facade area. Wi-fi in the hotel is useful as there is no otherwise mobile network working around. Full points to the location which covers bits of negatives like food quality, old room interiors and amenities. Overall excellent !

The property is located in a very good place. However given the reputation of the vets group, i expected the upkeep of the hotel to be better and the absence of covered parking was disappointing. The restaurant was very good and the service was also commendable.

Only location and room was good. Bathroom was not cleaned also there was clogging in the basin. No hot water available. Service and food was also bad
